The blood sparks combusted at the contact of Roso's vortex impact magical power, intercepting each and every vortex impact before it reaches the blood reaper, forming a huge cloud of fire. 

  And without a moment of hesitation, the blood reaper dives into the cloud of fire, equipped with a blood coat.

  "Whoosh. whoosh - swooshes"

  Being a sensitive artefact which produced blood bubbles that absorbs fire and neutralises it, the blood coat protected him.

  During that time, Roso stops attacking. "I don't think my attacks will have any meaning. I cannot see my enemy's position because of the fire cloud. Moreover, we are inside the academy, so I should not create an incident." he whispered then looked around before he thought. It's a good thing there is a lake.

  And this was the perfect opportunity for his enemy who had dived into the fire to ambush him.

  The enemy who emerged out of the fire cloud shouting "Here am I." before he released a technic whose name he shouted "Blood chain" as he hits Roso's chest with the palms of his hand.

  But nothing seem to happened Roso who looked at him and thought. Blood chain, what is it? I don't feel anything threatening in my body, was it a fluke?.....The fire, he just came out of, how come he has no burns? Is it because of the coat he wears.

  Then Roso stepped backwards and muttered "Even though you took me off guard, you still didn't succeeded in killing me." 

  Then after he mocked the blood reaper "You did overestimated yourself when you jumped into the fire or was your faith in your coat."

  He later screamed in pain "Arch"

  As he suddenly felt some severe pain and fell on the ground, blood was spilled out from every part of his body. "What have you done to me?" he Mumured.

  The blood reaper now walked toward him and muttered "What a dilemma, all the insane work you did earlier was in vain. the blood technique I just used on you is a sealing technique that restricts the owner's control over his blood, giving the seal user the priority."

  When he stood beside Roso, he kicked him on the face and on the belly, then held him on the neck while he sat on knees, and forced Roso to kneel on the ground. "You know you are all bark but no deal." he shouted.

  But Roso laughed instead "And who says so, you … why do you think I imbued myself with magic, oh don't tell me you thought it was a barrier to shield me from attacks." he muttered gaze fixed on his opponent who bos laughed "Haha, you have it all wrong."

  Roso clenched his hands, gritted his teeth before he uttered "This move was not used for that purpose but as a means of isolation from my own ability."

  Then as his opponents gaze intensely at him, Roso who also did like wise thought during that moment. I should buy enough time for my ultimate move. before he shouted "Yes I know what you think, but this wasn't a barrier."

  From that moment henceforth, every thing over laps

  "Whirl vortex." Roso shouted out loud.

  Hrolf -Hrolf

  A whirl vortex formed instantly from his magic power right behind the back of his enemy who turned and got shock "What is this, a storm wave, it is drawing and destroying everything on its way. Damn it I let my guard off."

  And as he said, it was already late.

  "This thing is tearing my body in pieces part after part." he scream 

  At that moment, the blood reaper's body was crushed parts after parts starting from his back. Yet his hand was still on Roso's neck.

  "What is wrong witj this guy, why is he still holding my neck tightly; if this keeps up, I will also be dragged into the whirl vortex and be crushed."

  At that moment Roso lost his will to live

  "Hrolf. Hrolf - Splotch. Splotch"…

  "Is, this, how I am going to die. At least I tried my best"

  Roso knew his technique more than anyone else, but as he was about to be reduced to mash while being held on the neck by his enemy, whose remaining body parts were only his head, his left hand, right leg and his chest.

  He change his mind on a second thought and stood up, grabbed his enemy's left hand and tore it up using magic.

  "Brash" "brash"…

  "You let your guard down" he said calmly.

  Although the blood reaper agent was still holding Roso's neck - though not tightly. He even took advantage of the wound on his left hand caused by Roso to produce a force that began to push him away from the vortex whirl using a blood technique.

  "Swish" "swish"…

  He could not use the blood on the wound caused by the whirl vortex because it was being suck in permanently.

  And as he was caught up in regenerating his body while he pulled himself out of reach from the whirl vortex, Roso completely destroyed his left hand using vortex engulf and pierces through his upper abdomen with his left hand using spiral vortex.

  But that wasn't all, he then open his hand still being in his enemy body and exploded his organs with vortex impact while he protected himself with a magic field.

  When the vortex whirl stopped, his enemy fell on the ground.

  "Toot"

  Roso gaze at him as he found difficulties in regenerating before he said "The match is done I am the winner."

  But the blood reaper who refused to believe the out come laughed while he coughed out blood. "Cough. cough" Before he muttered "With the condition in which you are... what else can you do, ha ha ha as soon as I regenerate myself, your life will be within my hand Cough. cough"…

  Roso suprised thought What has gotten into this man?

  Though Roso was in a bad state as spoken by the blood reaper. The blood reaper was in an even more chaotic state.

  After a deep breath, Roso revealed the reality of the situation to the blood reaper "You know what, you're the one with a deficiency in IQ. Aren't you seeing all these people gathering all around us, or is it the fight that made you lose your perception, were you so deep into it?"

  sound of footsteps began to echoed through the blood reaper ears "Clack - clacks"

  Before he began to scan the surrounding. And the more he did so the more the expression on his face change as realisation stroke him.

  "… ah man don't give me that Look." muttered Roso as the blood reaper gaze upon him with tye same look.

  The people who gathered around them were all students of the Azurh

  "Ah! When? I should escape now and come back another time but will I even be able to escape - my regeneration is not keeping up at all"

  And before he could know it a group of students who comes out of the crowd moment ago stood before him and Roso. "We are members of the disciplinary committee. May you introduce yourself, junior and state the event that unfolded."

  Then after Roso briefly explained what happened, the disciplinary committee took the blood reaper sealed his powers and went with him.

  "Don't forget to meet us at the disciplinary hall", spoke the senior, leading the group a while late, after he interrogated Roso before the went with the criminal.

  After everything was solve, the crowd dispersed and Roso was left to himself. "Thanks to my trained physic, even if he could still fight, I would still be able to go for another round and more." he muttered before and unexpected guest showed up.

  Roso's strength was not something he was born with, nor was he even able to use magic power. In fact, he was born a mortal, and his journey was arduous.

  A journey that began two years ago…

  Outside early in the morning by the tree side Roso lay down by the tree side after his morning routine

  "Huh! The Azurh Academy" he exclaimed.

  My name is Roso and I am applying this year again at the Azurh academy as I did when I was ten but failed because I wasn't a power wielder.

  In a normal situation, I should not be able to apply this year because I have passed the age limit, but the academy made an exception and gave me this opportunity though I don't know how the manage to know that who is already twelf years old just recently manifested my powers.

  More so it was a part due to the outstanding result I produced in the Azurh academy study section for mortals.

  This was a rare opportunity given to him.

  A while later in the training room

  "Hah! Hah! I need to train more in oder to be able to use my power more efficiently, but it seems like no matter how hard I train, I can only use the ability vortex flow...... When will I be able to use other abilities..."

  Roso has been training unrest as he tried to figure out this new power which he just awaken. 

  "Man, I am stressed, the exam is near, and all I know is this stupid vortex flow."

  Yet even after hour of training not seem to work out. Amd that even after the arduous training schedule he followed.

  A schedule which consist of bodybuilding before and then magic exercise. More so this time around, he even increased his training effectiveness by ten due to the upcoming Azurh academy entrance exams.

  While still working out, Roso thought. This exam is different, in normal circumstances, during the period for exam preparation, the various academy provides a manual to the candidate on how the exam tests are going to be carried out, which allows the candidate to train effectively, but it seems the Azurh academy exam system is different."

  But the boy trained and did not realised time had flown and the night came.

  "It's already this late. I didn't even see the time." he muttered.

  Roso then stopped working out and went to sleep after he had taken a food bath

  But the man only slept for two hour before he woke up around seven pm. "Ah! I slept well. Oh! I think I have some guests coming to my house tonight, well I don't know why they are coming here.

  The guests are actually his childhood friends, whom he lived with. They are also applying for this year's Azurh academy entrance exams, and would come to his house around eight pm. 

  Roso and his friend has the same origin. They all came from the same quarter in the most underdeveloped town, and this town, called Mapoubi, was infamous. Its reputation was tarnished because of its history.
