Rounin's hands were free but for some reason he knew there was no way to escape from there because those strangers were sure enough of their security and strengh to go as far as letting him follow them to that place freely by their side.
Isao turned on the lights with a control that he carried all the time in his hands when they arrived.
Once the lights were on, Rounin got intimidated by the scene that he was witnessing so he raised his voice.
“Literally what the hell are you planning to do with these?!”
“You'll find out soon enough.”
“You bastard, Are you trying to destroy the humanity?!”
Rounin's reaction that was involved with anger towards Isao, irriaited one of those big guys that gaurded Rounin so he brought his gun out and pointed it on Rounin's head and yelled. “Hey, watch your mouth.”
Isao interupted the guard's actions by using his mana, the dark and twisted magic that looked a lot like the type of magic that outcasts use and his power or the way he used it looked quite disgusting in Rounin's eyes.
Because at that moment some blackened threads started to spread out from all over his body and went towards that gaurd with a crazy speed and started to suffocate him. He was begging for mercy even though he looked quite strong himself but compared to those black threads he looked so weak. “Ugh...I'm sorry, please Mr Egawa...!”
Isao freed those threads all around that guard's body and sighed.
“I almost killed one of my boys and it's all your fault Hajime Rounin.”
Rounin's eyes reacted to what Isao said. He heard something that was so unpredictable that he started to think he may be went nuts finally.
“Hey...you just called me Hajime?!”
Isao's dirty smirk was back as if he was enjoying it, mocking people with their unforgettable dark past.
“Of course I know Mr Hajime and that aside you just said i'm going to destroy the humanity?! Which humanity?! Can you find any inside this zone?!”
Isao made a big laughter and following him the two guards started to laugh as well to mimic their boss' feelings.
Rounin was given up on Isao's logic and tired to even ask him what did he mean by those words so he changed the subject to his main curiosity.
“Anyways, Why are these hundreds of outcasts not moving?! I thought they elimnate any zoners and non-zoners...!?”
The scene that surprised Rounin the moment he stepped his foot there was in fact the amount of frozen outcasts that were standing there in the dark without moving a finger on their own.
“It's because they're inactive now.”
Isao answered to Rounin's questions without hiding anything and that fact scared Rounin off even more.
“Why are you sharing it with me? Isn't this like an information that an enemy like me shouldn't know?!”
“Enemy?! Hahaha, I don't consider you as one.”
“Can i ask you why?!”
“Because you already betrayed them, haven't you?!”
Rounin was taken aback by what Isao's lips were blabbering and his mind started to bombard him with different theories about Isao's claim.
What does he mean? He looks quite crazy and isn't right in the mind but what scares me is that he doesn't seem to bluff...so he might have seen this through and made me look like a traitor to my friends' eyes.
Now all i have to do is get more information as much as i can...!
Rounin made up his mind and acted normal just like usual because he knew Isao was quick to read the room so trying to act in Isao's favour wouldn't work either for him.
“It seems you know more about me than myself, first you call me by my old surname that i threw away long ago now you claim i've been betraying my friends...” Rounin didn't stop there so he added, with a smirk “That person i saw before, the one that cosplays me, he's the one that gives you orders right? I know you can't be that smart to be the one behind it all.”
Those words were choosen wisely by Rounin to test the waters because based on Isao's reaction, Rounin could get some free leaked informations.
If Egawa Isao reveals more things then it means there are more important informations that needs to be hidden from him than the things he revealed easily so far.
But the thing was Isao surprisingly kept his silence, the man that gets irriaited easily and is nothing more than a psycho path kept his tongue inside his talkactive mouth.
So that's it. I shoot my shot to the right place.
Rounin wasn't paying attention to what kind of face Isao was making all the time so when he turned around to see Isao's reaction he saw this terrifying unhigned expression on Isao's face that was covered with blood veins.
At that moment all those outcasts' eyes that were inactive got wide open as if they were suddenly awake and alive.

Isao's face came back to normal as if he was controlling his urge not to get Rounin killed right after so he brought his fake smile back and spoke to his gaurds.
“It's enough for today, bring Mr Hajime back to his cell.”
Rounin was in shock because of the events and informations that he was accrossing in the few days that he stayed there but the thing that he was regreted the most was him not being able to keep up the conversation with Isao at that moment.
'I really ruined it huh...' was simply all he was thinking when he was on the way back to the uncomfortable cell he used to stay before.

The morning of 21st day in Novamber came up, the day that me and Arima were supposed to meet up with those guys that took Rounin as hostage in apartmant no.28 but this time Asuka, Toma and Rokoro decided to tag along just in case if the situation gets bad we'll just use Rokoro's teleport powers.
But something wasn't in our favour and that was the fact that the sky was too cloudy.
Yesterday when Arima left the room everyone started to wonder what did he mean by saying a zoner's completely defenseless against water so apperantly when i was asleep they met up with him mid night in his room and chatted about it.
We were standing outside, on one of those abandoned building's rooftops that gave a great view of the city and as expected, the parts inside the zone looked like a graveyard or could i say just like those zombie movies that people from a certain city leave collectivity to survive?! The view was giving me goosbumps and not in a good way so it makes me wonder is this really around Sumida?! I wasn't here that much before and my memories about it is vivid but i'm sure for a fact, this area was one of the most crowded parts of city and tourists would visit this place every year!
What was more worrysome than the quiet and deadly city's view, was the fact that it looked like it was going to rain soon.
“So if it starts to rain we can't use our powers either right?!” said Rokoro.

And now i can't even see their boxes that clearly anymore and it glitches a lot but the numbers are still there and they all dropped by big difference.
As for Rokoro, the health stayed the same but the mana got at 23%...
I don't remember what his last record was but it wasn't lower than 30% so i can assume he really lost mana and this was the same case for Asuka and Toma's numbers as well.
As for Arima, even with the glitches and all, the messege inside his box didn't change at all.
'You don't have access to this player' What does it mean again?! If my power is just this and makes me aware of my friend's condition then doesn't that mean that i'm pretty much useless...?!

Arima decided to move there with me and that got me off guard because i thought he was avoiding to get alone with me.

Arima and me got to the front street of apartmant no.28 to meet up with Isao, the one that promised to bring Rounin with him and exchange him with Arima himself.

I got dressed up like Arima. I was wearing a black wig and even went as far as wearing blue contact lenzes to look just like him!!!
Why did it come to this?! Why did everyone agree to this?!
“Mr Arima i think this-”
“Shhh! I'm Taio right now, i even went as far as wearing a white wig that doesn't even suit me at all.” Arima was complaining even though this was his own idea to begin with.
“Do you think this works?!”
“Yes, they just have a photo of me so even if you act out of my character they won't know.”
Two people came out of the tick fog that was covering the city the whole time in that heavy raining and the more those two got closer the more i sharpened my eyes to make sure what i was seeing was true.
