The doctor had me do all sorts of things that they called "tests", which included being locked in a metal tube to listen to foreign music among other things. When they declared that I was to be discharged, I was still unsure of myself, but I had started to learn more about the two women from before. The woman who called herself my Mom was a woman in her 30s named Judith Brown who was the white haired woman's caretaker. The white haired woman who was wheelchair bound was the Mother of my Father, therefore my grandmother, and was a woman in her late 80s named Edith Julia Brown. I'm not sure if Julia was her middle name or her second first name, but she preferred to have me call her Grandma. My Father apparently was rarely home due to a job that made it hard to stay in one place, let alone come home. My Grandfather was a war veteran who passed away early due to war related complications, but his name was Charles Brown.
The day after I got back home was the first day of school, and I was curious to what this school thing was, because if it was anything like the training grounds that I was raised on back home, I would probably be dominating the grounds if I still had my old body. Unfortunately, I was terribly wrong as it looked nothing like it. Before I could get into the building, I walked straight into someone as I wasn't paying attention.
"Hey, can you look where you're going?" A familiar voice said, "Oh, it's you. I'm glad that we could meet again." I looked over to see Roxanne on the ground. I offered her a hand and she took it so that I could help her up
"I am surprised that you also go here, Roxanne," I said.
"Most kids who live around here go to this school," Roxanne said, "But you just moved here, didn't you?"
"Aye," I said, "We moved here right before my accident."
"Well, at least I won't be alone anymore," Roxanne said, "Do you have your schedule? Maybe we could see if our schedules are similar?"
"You mean the paper thing Mom handed me this morning along with the rest of this nonsense?" I asked, as I took out the paper.
"Yes," Roxanne said as she took it from my hand and looked at it. "We have the same exact schedule... I didn't know that they did this. Just follow me, I'll take you to our classes."
"Thank the Gods," I said.
"Don't say stuff like that here, Arthur," Roxanne said.
"I understand, Roxanne," I said, "May I ask you for your assistance navigating this strange place?" Roxanne's eyes lit up.
"Of course, Arthur!" Roxanne said, "My friends all go to a different school so I didn't have any friends here. You're going to make lunch a million times better as I hate eating alone, but other students here just think I'm weird because I like medieval stuff too much. I think you understand why, so things will turn out great."
Arthur Brown was a Hero who saved his world 1700 times and lived 2000 years. His death was sudden and unexpected, with him drowning. He got reincarnated into the body of a 15 year old boy who was also named Arthur Brown, but this boy looked nothing like him and lived on Earth, a mundane planet with no real threats and nobody to tell him what quests he needs to take. He now lives with the other Arthur Brown's family: a grandmother who needs care, his mother who is trying hard to be the sole caretaker of his grandmother while taking care of the house, and his father who is typically not home due to his job. How is Arthur going to survive high school or living on such a boring planet?
