Skyler was driving towards the area where that icon was pointed to her watch and gave her directions. On the way to get to it, the wind blew through her hair.  Also her eyes glowed purple while she sped through the roads. When she arrived she hid her bike in an alley.  

She climbed up to the roof and proceeded to position herself on the edge looking down at the shop where it stopped, “there’s ,about 5 guys in front but I don’t know how many inside so” she jumped into some bushes and slowly crawled to a box and put her hands down on a shadow of it.

She looked around the five guys and then a giant black circle appeared. “soulless hands” she whispered and shadowy hands grabbed hold of the five guys and all of them slowly went unconscious on the floor. “You will sleep for 30 minutes, that's my command” she said while walking around them. 

Slowly and carefully, just in case that some of them are more tolerant of the mist’s presence. Since it is more potent to LUX users and Aqua users. She made her way to an entry way to the building. She pushed the door open and rushed in, quickly down the corridor but then a leg was in front of her she didn’t have time to dodge it. 

She fell onto the ground skidding across and hit the wall with force. “Damm” she whispered and looked behind her and saw the bunny masked person holding a spear.

“So who are you and how did you get here?” He asked, tapping the spear tip against the wall near her neck. “I was in the area and heard someone scream” she said sweating “shit” she thought. “Oh really then why is all my man unconscious outside?” He chuckled harshly and dragged the spear downward and put it near her neck. “Now tell me who you are?” 

“I’m no one important” she stuttered across her words and put her hands in the air “then no one will look for you? Will they?” He said while putting the spear tip on her back. “Stand up slowly, no sudden moves” he yelled. 

Skyler complied and did what he said, she stood up slowly and kept her hands in the air. “Move” he said calmly while pushing her down the corridor. She stumbled but kept walking. 

Until they got to a cross section and Skyler jumped in the air grabbing the shadow and then got behind him before he could stab her with his spear. She got into a clumsy fighting position with her hands in front of her. 

She punched him and the man hit the wall with and kicked his side but he got her leg and threw her backwards which made her groan. He quickly got onto her waist pinning her to the ground “you cheeky bitch!” He shouted and started to punch her repeatedly

Skyler felt like she was losing consciousness but she was determined to rescue Hannah from them “no more” she thought “no more being weak and scared” she shouted and punched his gut while he was being distracted by punching her. 

He leaned back and got off her clutching his stomach “lucky punch” he said while spitting. Skyler stumbled to her feet wiping her mouth. “Well I’m a stubborn woman” she chuckled and raised her fists again and dashed to him. She swiped her hand and a wave of shadow went onto him pushing him through a wall. “Two okay 4 more” she said, keeping count on how many shadows left that she can control. 

She knew that if she went above her limit she would be risking her sight. But then a bright light engulfed the shadow and he stood there, spinning his spear like a shield “my prey is an umbra user who knew” he chuckled and she just growled and grabbed a broom. 

“This would have to do” she thought, tightening her grip. He thrust his spear at her, and she parried with the broom. He then pushed on it and Skyler slid backwards until she hit a wall. “What’s wrong you said no more being weak!” He mocked in Skyler’s previous statement “fuck you” she grunted and kneed his balls and let go of the broom and ducked. 

“I’m out of my depth but I don’t want to stop!” She thought annoyed that Justin might be right about waiting for backup to appear before storming the place. The masked bunny stumbled forward and hit his forehead hard on the wall and knelt “cheap shot and very unhonourable of you!” He shouted and she just shrugged her shoulders then punched him in nose

“I’m not an honourable person” she said while punching his stomach. “Good night Daniel.” She said and he fell onto the floor unconscious and she walked towards the large metal doors and tried pulling them open. To her shock were many cells with dead protectors with those collars on their neck and the leather straps being twisted their bodies that it was no longer recognisable. With scavenger birds pecking at the remains. 

She covered her nose to escape the awful smell of rotten meat. And tried to move on but her eyes stuck on the scene in front of her. She knew she needed to stop looking but she couldn’t for whatever reason, Her eyes wanted to watch. It made her feel sick to her stomach of what she was doing. 

She felt so ill but when she pressed on past the cells to the end of the room. There  was another door which annoyed Skyler, “why are there so many doors!” she shouted, in her thoughts.  She grabbed the handle and struggled to open it, causing great stress on her muscles. She felt so exhausted.

She scanned the room, and saw a rotten table in the middle of the room with many maps and documents upon it which made Skyler curious. She knew that she couldn’t waste time since they would kill Hannah but she couldn’t help herself and raced over to the table and looked through the documents trying to understand the thieves and how they hack the mufflers which is literally impossible to. 

While shifting through the documents she found the blueprints of the muffler and how it actually works which made her eyes widen and got a bit angry with the governor of the country of Estopia. “Why do our prisoners need to be treated like cattle?!” she questioned quietly. A boyish voice answered with a commanding presence “to prevent a revolt and to prevent people from finding out the truth of the imaginary cores” he said while Skyler turned around and faced him but his features were covered by a cloak. 

“Who are you?” she asked, grabbing a bar on the wall behind her. “An ally or an enemy or both is up to you” he said while drawing a closet door to reveal Hannah still bound with the muffler. Skyler wanted to do it as fast as she could but didn’t know if the stranger would attack. “Don’t worry she’s okay and you can take her, just tell me how to get to the eclipse blade?” he said while moving his burnt hand to the collar’s button. 

“How do you know about that?” Skyler asked to know any more information from him as well. “My master, they know lots of secrets that will never be spoken” he hovered his finger above the release button. “Then why do you need to know?” 

she asked, walking closer but with caution. “Because if you're in my alley then will you answer truthfully?” she continued unsure what to do because the person in front of her wasn’t going to do anything “because the location is hidden and my master doesn’t know” he said bitterly but with poise. 

Skyler debated on telling this stranger about her blood or not when she was close enough to see his emerald eyes she was about to say but nothing came out and a shadow was around her mouth. Skyler widened her eyes at what was going on “why? I didn’t ask them to cover my mouth” she thought, “so is that it our conversation finished?” he asked 

Her eyes glowed brighter purple and then her vision darkened and then a spirit of a man appeared in front of her. “Sorry lass I need your body for a second because I don’t want you to tell him.” He said, and rushed her. His arm pierced through her chest. 

Her arms slowly started to vanish into mist and her hair darkened to a midnight colour. Then the shadow that was covering her mouth vanished. “No I’m not going to tell you how to find the blade since I’m the owner,” she said, seeming more aggressive and more masculine. 

“So you don’t want to be allies then? The cloaked person stepped back from the bound Hannah and snapped his fingers and his hand burst into flame. “Then that’s a shame, since I was so looking forward to working with you. The user of the Eclipse blade” He snarled, “Oh you're mistaken, I’m not the blade’s user.” Skyler grinned and put her misty hand in front of her and a blade came out from the shadows. 

“I’m the primordial Umbra!” they said, through Skyler’s lips “and you must die and the bound girl!” Skyler’s body dashed forwards with lighting speed disappearing from the cloaked person’s view. Then the hilt of the blade hit them on the back of the neck with force causing them to fly through the wall destroying it. 

Through the smoke they could only see, Skyler’s dead purple eyes looking through them like they were a piece of meat. The clinks of Skyler’s shoes echoed through the ears every time that she stepped on the floor. The cloaked person sweated, but got up and punched Skyler. 

Which made Skyler turn her head and used her eyes to look into his threateningly. He punches towards Skyler’s stomach but she catches it, extinguishing it by the black mist covering her hand. “Now Die!” she commanded, the heat started to become cooler which made the person who was inhabiting Skyler’s body more determined. 

Inside Skyler’s mind her soul was tangled up with black ooze only her eyes were able to see what was happening.  It made Skyler feel helpless and wanting to stop her body from doing this atrocity. “Stop please!” she screamed, in the dark where no one could hear her. 

The cloaked person smirked, before Skyler’s body could react the searing pain of heat was coming from her left side. Due to that her automatic reaction was to let go of his hand, “cheap shot!” She growled. “How was that a cheap shot? It was an opening.” He whispered, his barbecue breath was stinging her nose. 

He went back through a window, before leaving he looked back “I hope you were more cooperative miss Amberlight” he yelled, and went out of view. The controlled Skyler went towards Hannah, while Skyler’s soul was yelling and trying everything to make her body stop.

She felt frustrated by the primordial controlling her and now going to kill her supervisor’s fiancee. 

Her body stumbled forwards, slowly inch by inch until it gets to Hannah’s bound body. Which in the primordial’s eyes is good since they can’t escape death. Skyler is trapped inside looking at the scene unfolding in front of her which is so devastating. Her body’s hand grasped Hannah’s neck

whilst squeezing it tightly.

She could only watch and hear the muffled gasps getting quieter and quieter, also seeing Hannah’s eyes becoming more dull with no colour in them. “Stop, Stop, stop It!” she shouted in the darkness. 

It was absolute torture for Skyler, it was like she was being punished for going to tell how to get to the blade. The wiggles of Hannah's bound body trying to escape the grip of Skyler’s controlled body. But then a foot hit Skyler’s side making her let go and skid towards the hole in the wall. 

She stopped by creating a cushion by the shadows but her vision was getting more blurry since she was at her body’s limit of shadows she could control which was unexpected to primordial. The eerie dark glow of green pierced through the moonlight. 

“Skyler, are you in bed with that gang?” a voice said angrily, cracking his knuckles and putting a gun which resembled a bone towards her “your under arrest for attempted murder of Hannah nightingale!”
