The Boss, my biggest mistake

The hardest part about living in the center of the big city was finding a taxi, since I didn't like riding the subway at all. I arrived at work on time, even though I'd left home late because I didn't sleep much the night before because of the thoughts surrounding Kennet that had been running through my head. He'd already had my head full of thoughts about him several times. I organized all the work I had to do that day. When I finally finished the first thing on my mental list, I saw Kennet walk through the grand door, making an entrance like only he knew how, leaving everyone with their eyes on him. Oh my goodness, he looked like a model.

"I'll wait for you in my office," he said by way of greeting, and entered his office, slamming the door behind him. Wow, he didn't seem to be in a good mood. I quickly walked over to his office and gently closed the door behind me.

"Are you in a bad mood?" I asked.

"How did you spend the night without me?" he asked, completely ignoring my question.

"I hope your ego doesn't get too high, because by the way, it's already pretty high, but I missed you," I said sincerely.

"We have the whole next week to be together," he smiled flirtatiously and added, "I want to go to my house in Miami, we can spend..."

"About that," I interrupted, "Kennet, I want to take a week to visit my mother, or maybe I'll take two."

"Are you serious?" I asked, surprised.

-I need to see my mother, I miss her so much.

"I'll miss you too," he said. I just turned my back on him. Those words and displays of affection confused me about my situation with him, but he always convinced me again when I thought about the fact that he didn't want a relationship. Maybe in the very distant future, I'd stop being such a womanizer and relationship skeptic.

"I know you can do it, don't overdo it. My mother is the only thing I have left now, I haven't seen her in a long time," I complained.

-And what about me?

"We see each other every day, one or two weeks won't make a difference," I said, trying to get along. "Besides," I added, "we can talk whenever you want. You just have to make time for me."

"I'll always have space for you, babe. Come by at checkout time. I want to go to dinner."

-------------

I completed all my pending tasks until the clock struck 6:30, which was my departure time. I touched up my makeup, turned off the computer, and grabbed my bag to go get Kennet.

-Are you ready?- I asked.

-I was waiting for you- he stood up from his seat, approaching me and took the opportunity to grab my waist and pull me closer to him. -I really want to kiss you, you didn't even come during lunch- he complained and pouted.

-You're very affectionate, huh.

"Let's go to my apartment," he said, raising and lowering his eyebrows, to which I laughed out loud. "That's it. Keep laughing. Tomorrow when you wake up, the last thing you'll want to do is laugh."

"Lower your voice, ridiculous," I lightly hit his arm with my palm and followed him to the entrance of the building where Christian was waiting for us with the limo door open. I entered first, thanking the driver, and then Kenneth got in.

Walking through the brightly lit streets of the big city, it had been my dream to live here since I was little, but the lack of money my mother and I suffered didn't materialize until I was able to get ahead thanks to work.

"What do you think?" Kennet asked, taking my hand and placing a kiss on it.

"My stuff," I said, dismissing it. I didn't want to talk about my past, especially with someone like him.

When we arrived at our destination, Kennet got out first, then took my hand and helped me out of the limo. He led me to the entrance of his building, where the top floor was completely his. We entered the elevator, and as soon as the doors closed, I went to the corner, feeling Kennet kiss my neck.

What he didn't expect was that a fit of laughter would seize me at that moment.

-Your beard tickles me, go away- Holding back my laughter, I made a gesture to push him away from me, but he brought us even closer.

Curse .

"I'll be shaved by tomorrow, but now you'll have to get used to it for the rest of the night," he said, waiting for the doors to open and starting to take off our clothes to open ourselves to the path of desire.

My boss was interested in me, but not in a romantic way, more of a sexual one. My life was exciting for a while. I was dating Kenneth, we had fun together, and I tried things I'd never have dreamed of.

Although all this madness ended on the worst note.

I never imagined how ruthless he could be toward an innocent person. Part of him.

My mistake was getting into my boss's clutches, in this case, his bed.
