Scene – At the main gate of the Elf Palace
A large number of soldiers stand guard. A buggy is prepared, and inside it sits Hima.
Luo: Take care of yourself, and send word if anything happens.
Hima: Don’t worry, grandfather. Nothing will happen to me—I have so many guards with me.
Luo: Even so, travel well and return safely.
Hima: Hmm.
Hima sits inside the buggy, while Luo stands outside. He steps back.
Luo: Begin the march!
The soldiers start walking, and the buggy moves forward.
Scene – Cut to Lal, resting under a tree
He looks exhausted, breathing heavily.
Lal: Hah… haah! What was that?! Was there some kind of limit on this skill? If I think about it, I remember in one anime there was also a system where only one ultimate skill could exist per person. Maybe when I tried to unlock another ultimate skill… the pain—ugh!
(He holds his head, clearly in pain.)
Okay… so I managed to endure it somehow. But this means I can’t have more than two ultimate skills. And that probably applies to unique and normal skills too. They must also be limited… though I don’t know the exact number. For now, that’s enough.
Lal tries to stand but collapses again.
Lal: Agh! Haahh! This pain won’t stop! Aaa!!
Pain surges through his brain.
Lal: Ngh…!
He quickly creates a new skill.
Lal: This skill’s name will be… “PAIN KILLER”!
Voice of the World: Unique Skill [Pain Killer] unlocked.
Lal: Haah… haah…
He uses the new skill to end the pain.
Lal: Finally… saved… ugh… (exhausted tone)
He slowly stands back up.
Lal: I need to get out of here before any elves spot me. “Unique Skill – Fantasy Call!”
A glowing golden magic circle appears on the ground. From it emerges a large silver wolf, as tall as a human. Its mane around the neck is white, its eyes are black, and it has two tails.
Lal: Whoa… I don’t know which anime this beast is from, but whatever—at least something was summoned.
A screen appears.
Text: Enter the name of this beast.
Lal: A name, huh? Let’s see… hmm… yeah! Your name will be Mega!
The name is confirmed.
Mega: May I know my master’s name? And how shall I address you?
Lal: Oh, my name’s Lal, and you can call m— (sudden realization) Wait… you can talk?! (shocked)
Mega: Yes, master.
Lal: OP! Well, that makes things easier. Alright, let’s go from here quickly.
Lal climbs onto Mega’s back, and Mega starts running at incredible speed.
Lal: Whoa, slow down a bit!
Mega: Yes, master.
Mega reduces its pace slightly.
Lal: By the way, where are you taking me?
Mega: You said to move away from there, so I am doing just that.
Lal: I see… what kind of powers do you have?
Mega: I can use Black Lightning, Black Tornado, Black Ball, and Black Roar.
Lal: And they’re powerful?
Mega: Yes, master. Extremely powerful.
Lal: I see. For now, just take me outside this kingdom.
Mega: As you wish, master.
They soon reach a forest beyond the kingdom.
Lal: Okay, now walk slowly.
Mega: Yes, master.
Lal: By the way… you have two tails. Can you use some kind of tail attack?
Mega: Sorry, master, but no. My tails are just normal. Those four attacks are all I have.
Lal: I see.
Scene – Inside the forest
Hima and her soldiers continue traveling. She sits inside her buggy with her servant Koshi.
Hima: Koshi, what do you think the people of the Secret Sky will be like?
Koshi: I don’t know, princess.
Hima: Still, take a guess.
Koshi: Hmm… I’ve heard they’ve formed alliances with many kingdoms—like the Shin Kingdom, the Brilgree Kingdom, and even the country of Uselia. So maybe they’ll be nice people.
Hima: Listening to you, it feels like you’ve been preparing for a long time to learn about Secret Sky.
Koshi: You could say that, princess.
They both laugh together.
Unbeknownst to them, hidden figures stalk their army from the shadows.
The screen fades to black… and then a face appears, though mostly obscured. A faint, sharp smile is visible, along with piercing light-brown eyes.
