he headed onto his way to the store, there wasn’t much to glaze at around to distract him anymore. Artemis opened into the vinyl store, it was quite packed more than usually. Hard to even enter the store without budging into another person. He crammed his way into the crowd looking for his particular favorite album on the vinyl. Tossle tossle was that was heard, and some “stop bumping onto me!” And some “watch where you’re going!” The crowd wasn't pleasant. But maybe the hype of music was to drown out the sounds of stillness in the world, and to enhance the sounds ever moving. Artemis finally made it to around halfway in the shop, grabbing a peak at all the vinyls in that lineup. He grabbed onto the vinyl he was sending himself here for and lunged onto it. He would submerge himself back into the crowd and swam through them till he reached the cashier’s location. “Hey I’d like to order this please”, the cashier looked at the vinyl, “Great band, not my favorite album from their library, but that lead singer”. “That lead singer Alex has some serious vocal range, and is a great folk artist”. “You know he ran a band prior to this one right?” Artemis grinned ear to ear, “Yeah I’m very aware of the other band, I listened to a few of their singles”. “Some might call me a poser though for only mainly listening to their most popular songs that trend on social media quite often”. Artemis finished the transaction, and headed out of the store. He had forgotten the directions back to the apartment. Meanwhile back in the apartment Apollo was spamming Isaac’s phone number. She had made a matching bracelet with him to symbolize a new friendship blooming, having his name as “king rat”.
