Author’s Announcement 

Hello!! Fellow readers of Venerable Knight (VK). I am writing this message to announce some changes and stuff we (Me and beloved Editor Tricky) have planned for the future. 

First of all thanks for all the support You guys have done for the past months. VK has reached 700+ reads and 25 subs which was wayyyyy more than I expected. 

Then let's start with the changes. We have Re-Written chapters 1-7 with later chapters having fewer changes. If you can, I recommend reading all chapters again (I am not saying this for the views but it is a little change that will affect the understanding of later content). The New version is already out if you are reading this (27/9/2025). 

Now for the stuff we planned.

No 1: The chapters will be uploaded weekly or biweekly unless some emergency has occurred, this is to make the story have consistency and good flow of storytelling.

I was not informed about this schedule bro. - Tricky (Editor)

No 2: The story is divided into Volumes, it doesn't mean that there will be multiple ebooks in tapas, but different covers, thumbnails and main focus of each volume will change in the current ebook slot. Right now Venerable Knight: The Thorned Symbol is Volume 1.

You're Lazy! - Ryujin (Author)

No 3: We have planned to do some Q & A if the amount of questions has reached a limit or it is sufficient for the session. So feel free to ask questions in chapters. 

Ryujin will be solo answering cuz I rarely check the novel’s status on Tapas. - Tricky 

Don’t Worry I will make him answer if you have any questions about him (^-^) - Ryujin 

No 4 (Might happen or not): This depends on the time and resources. If we reach a specific amount of inks and subs I will do some giveaways. Again this might never happen if it does may be at high Ink count or sub count. ← Giveaways before I even get paid 🙏

Well that's much we have planned for now, if we come up with anything in the future an announcement will be given. 

Fun Facts

Do you think that I will upload this without some fun?? (^-^) Now this is some Fun Facts About the characters in VK. 

Aden Loves Yumi! Haha that's obviously known (°-°).  

Honey, our son is following our steps! - Aden's Mom.

The necklace which Aden's Mom wore (in chapter 4) was a proposal gift given by Aden's Dad when they were in college.  (A bonus chapter will be given for their Love story!). 

That necklace shines with Her beauty - Aden’s Dad.

The white bird that appeared (in chapter 1) when Aden met Yumi for the First time was a metaphor for an “Angel”.

*Flustered* - Aden.

The name “Yumi” actually means Graceful Beauty. I honestly just thought of that name out of nowhere and in the end it was a great coincidence! (•-•).

At first the story was just a short normal love life I wanted in real life, but it grew to a large romance story which I started getting soooo closely attached to. Even sad emotional scenes are very hard to make (╥_╥;) . (Spoiler there are indeed some sad scenes coming up) 

Emily hates being late and things being unorganised!.

Jake is faster in punching and coordination in Boxing than Reid as he trains mostly that part due to his passion is badminton. 

I can beat him in boxing! - Reid.
