Subject: New doctor

Hi, I've sent a few messages and left a few voicemails about an extremely sensitive matter. I really need a new PCP. Let's not tell my existing doc, all right? I'm just tired of trying to talk to someone who can't blame all my problems on anything but me. I can do that on my own.
