Saturday morning and I’m getting ready. We’re going to all meet at Stephanie's, take some pictures there then go to a park. I get there with the others, we take some pictures and leave. We head to the park filled with other students taking pictures with their dates and groups.

We went to a restaurant before heading to the school. I make sure to eat well. That being my first and probably only meal I’m going to be having for today. We head to the school around 9 and the dance ends at 10. It was like any other boring highschool dance. I don’t really like them but since I’m here I’ll make the best of it. Logan didn’t like to dance so he was standing over with the guys on the side. The music wasn’t my cup of tea either till they started playing some Latin trap.

I was dancing with Nina like we’re a couple close together, she grinding up on me. Me bending her down and grabbing her by the waist. We were having the time of our lives laughing. Some people would stare but we didn’t take it seriously. We know that our relationship is platonic and we're best friends. The school is about 70% white 20% latino and 10% black and Asian. So it’s not that diverse. That’s the whole school too so it’s less breaking it down my grade. Everyone was still dancing and enjoying the music. Most of the people staring were the guys that wanted Nina. They were probably jealous that I was dancing up on her. 

Logan doesn’t really dance either so Stephanie came over to us and joined. She got in front of Nina grinding up on her. The song was about six minutes long. We were just messing around changing positions, one in the middle moving around to the back. At one point I was in the middle between them. Nina kisses me on the check and we laugh almost saying should we? And we start to kiss. It’s a little bit of a make out. We’ve never kissed before.

“Damn that mother fucker’s lucky!” We hear a random guy yell. 

We stop and just smile and laugh. She tells me that she didn’t think I would be a good kisser. I was a little shocked by the compliment. Stephine, still behind me, was watching the whole time. Nina grabs her and whispers something to her. 

“If you want to.” Nina tells Stephanie.

I look at both of them talking to the side of my left shoulder. Nina looks at me then looks at her. I understand what’s happening and look at Stephine mouthing “I’m down if you're down”. She then grabs my face and kisses me. Not like Nina but still kissing me for a minute or two. We stop and just laugh and walk out with the music starting to change. 

Jace bumps Logan. “Damn bro you’re going to let him kiss your girl like that?” Logan just ignores him.

The night ends and we all know where we’re going to night. Chris’s house is where most of the big parties are at his or Logan’s house. We decide to drive together with Logan driving Nina, Stephine and I. Rita and Jessica were going with their dates while Monica was with Mathew.  We get there and start to talk and drink and have fun. I end up in a side living room type area with Logan and Stephine sitting across from me and Nina. While others were also sitting around us. 

We could talk better here because the music wasn’t so loud. When I see Logan staring at me whispering to Stephanie. I didn’t think he was mad at me for kissing her. He’s not like that. When he then asked me a question.

“Who told you you could kiss my girl?” Logan's face stayed serious. The people around all stop talking. Ready to see what was going to happen. Mathew was standing in the doorway between the room where we were in and the next room. I just stared back at him without saying a word. Logan just paused for a minute not saying anything before smiling. “Without kissing me first.” He then starts to laugh as everyone thought he was going to fight. 

People started to relax. Stephanie then hits his knee.“Do it. You won’t. “

“He won’t.” Nina Jokes, smiling with her drink covering her lips. “He’s scared he might like it.”

“Yeah he won’t.” Chris replied.” He always pussys out.”

Logan looks at me and jumps over the coffee table planting one right on my lips, everyone screams. He lets go of my face and gets up. 

“I ain’t no bitch. I don’t care if you don’t think I’m straight.” He walks back to Stephanie and sits down. “If I want to kiss my homie, Ima kiss my homie.”

What is happening tonight? I've had more action than I’ve had all my life. I’m over here collecting the finest guys at our school like their the infinity stones and the only one left is Marco. Ew!!! That’s where I cross the line. 

It started getting late around 2 am when Nina was walking holding up Logan with Stephanie also drunk but not like Logan. She told me she didn’t drink and was going to take them home in Logan’s car and if I wanted to leave. I told her no, not yet. Monica then approaches us. She asked if we’re leaving and we told her what’s happening. Monica asked if she could go too. 

Struggling to hold up Logan, Nina asked,”What about Mathew?”

“I don’t know he's around here. But I don’t think he’s into me. He only kissed me once when you were around and kept looking at you the whole night. And Rita and Jess are also leaving.” Nina had hooked up with Matthew before during junior year but it was just a one night stand type of thing. They were never serious. 

Nina tells her to grab hers and Stephanie's purses and to help her. They end up leaving and I head to play beer pong. I was oddly good at it so I ended up beating most of the guys, losing only once. I have to pee now from all the baby sips I was taking while playing. Chris tells me to not leave like Kayle’s because I had to go against him next.
