Dear Management,

I hope that your day has started out well, and that this letter finds you in good spirits. 

For I am not in such good spirit. Upon arriving, I have found the staff to be exceedingly rude demeaning in their manner of speach to me. Laughing off concerns regarding the unsettling state of the grounds, pretending to not notice the acrid odor which permeates the property and surrounding land, and the downright insulting laughter I received from them when I demanded to see their management. I was escorted to an apparent suggestion box... and informed that that was the only way to reach the management.

Having no other resource, I am writing this letter and once done, will be shoving this in with the others in that box.
