The leader of the hawks glanced over at Celestina and the fire she started.
He smirked. “Celestina, you brilliant little demon hawk,” he said.
He turned around and looked at his demon hawks.
“ALRIGHT! EVERYONE! GRAB A RABBIT AND BEGIN TO FEED!” he shouted.
The other right hand demon hawk named Winters nodded.
“Yes! Lord Magnus!” Winters said as he flew down with the other demon hawks.
Minetaka ran to the entrance of the burrows.
His eyes widened at the horrors.
The place was on fire and a bunch of dead rabbits were there.
Minetaka looked around. “SABITO! NATSU!” he shouted.
Sabito and Natsu were leading a group of rabbits to another part of the burrow.
“Who could be attacking us right now?” Sabito asked.
“I don’t know,” Natsu said.
“What I do know is we need to protect the people,” Natsu said.
A demon hawk landed in front of them after the group appeared out of the rabbit hole route.
Sabito’s eyes widened.
“A demon hawk,” Sabito said.
“KEEEEEAAAAARRRRR!” the demon hawk screamed as another demon hawk flew over.
Sabito and Natsu stood close to the other rabbits.
Sabito and Natsu clenched their swords.
Sabito lunged at one of the demon hawks.
Sabito sliced one.
Natsu’s fire blade pierced another.
Sabito looked at Natsu. “Natsu, you gotta get others out of here,” he said.
Natsu looked back at him. “Oh, no you don’t. You’re not pulling this crap right now, our survival is important,” she explained.
“But I need to find Master Minetaka and the rabbit elder, their lives are important too,” Sabito added.
“Well, then allow me to help you,” Natsu said.
Sabito looked away. “I can’t. Besides these guys need you so lead them away from the burrow and I’ll meet up with Master Minetaka and Elder Rabbit,” he said.
Sabito turned around and ran back toward the burrow.
Natsu shedded a tear. “Be safe…Sabito…,” she said, softly.
A group of demon hawks cornered a female rabbit and began feeding.
Minetaka swung his axe, killing the group of demon hawks.
“You monsters have done enough to our home,” Minetaka said.
Lord Magnus landed.
“Well…Well, if it isn’t Minetaka Lagomorph himself,” Lord Magnus said.
Minetaka glared. “Magnus, I should’ve known this was your doing,” he said.
Lord Magnus smirked. “You knew it was a matter of time before we returned to feed on you carrot munchers,” Lord Magnus explained.
“Now here we are and this time you will be a part of that feast,” Lord Magnus said.
Minetaka aimed his axe.
“Over my dead body,” Minetaka said.
“Oh, that’s the plan,” Lord Magnus said.
Minetaka ran at Lord Magnus swinging his axe.
Lord Magnus blocked with his black scythe.
Minetaka gritted his teeth.
Lord Magnus pushed Minetaka.
Minetaka ran back at him.
Lord Maguns smirked as he turned the black scythe into chains.
Lord Magnus launched the chains at Minetaka.
Minetaka started hopping around to dodge the chains.
Winters flew over and knocked Minetaka down to the ground.
Minetaka hit the ground, wincing in pain.
“Got him for you, Boss,” Winters said.
Lord Magnus looked displeased.
“You imbecile! I told you I would be the one who defeats Minetaka Lagomorph!” Lord Magnus said.
Winters looked at Lord Magnus. “Geez, I’m sorry,” he said.
Lord Magnus glanced over at Minetaka.
Sabito ran through, slicing through demon hawks.
A group of demon hawks were devouring rabbits.
Sabito looked around at the horrors that he was being exposed to.
Sabito continued to run, searching for his Master Minetaka.
Celestina flew in the air launching fireballs into the burrow.
The elder rabbit was still lying in bed ready to accept her fate.
“D-Dakarai, I will join you…Soon,” she said, weakly.
The fireball destroyed the burrow.
Minetaka and Sabito glanced over at the burrow.
“ELDER RABBBIT!” Minetaka shouted.
Celestina started laughing.
Sabito looked in the direction of his master’s shouting.
Sabito quickly began hopping over to Minetaka.
Lord Magnus laughed. “No, need to be sad you’ll join her soon enough,” he said.
Minetaka glared as he stood up.
“I will kill you,” Minetaka said.
“Wouldn’t that be a nice trick,” Lord Magnus said as he aimed his hand at Minetaka.
A black fire blast formed.
Minetaka gritted his teeth as Lord Magnus launched the blast.
Sabito landed and sliced the blast in half.
Minetaka looked at Sabito.
Lord Magnus looked puzzled.
Winters and Celestina glanced over as well.
“Who is that?” Winters asked.
“Another, carrot muncher?” Celestina looked.
Natsu and the other group of rabbits were surrounded in the forest.
Natsu gritted her teeth with bruises and cuts on her.
“I can’t fail the rabbit clan,” Natsu thought in her mind.
The demon hawks flew at her and other rabbits.
Natsu lunged at the demon hawks.
“DIE!” she shouted.
Sabito looked at Minetaka. “Master, are you okay?” Sabito asked.
“Why are you here?” he asked.
“Because I didn’t want to leave until I found you and Elder Rabbit,” Sabito said.
Winters and Celestina landed.
Celestina began to laugh.
“Well, I’m sorry to tell you, carrot muncher, the elder rabbit is taking an eternal dirt nap,” Celestina said as Sabito glared over at her.
Sabito clenched his sword. “You birds are monsters,” Sabito said.
“Haha! Birds? Monster?” Winters laughed.
“Young rabbit, we are hawks and DEMONS,” Lord Magnus said.
“You being alive is only for us to feast upon you, it's just the natural order of things it doesn’t make us monsters it just makes us porians,” Lord Magnus said.
Minetaka took advantage of the moment and stabbed Lord Magnus with the axe.
Minetaka turned around. “RUN! SABITO!” he shouted.
Winters and Celestina used their sharp bird feet to stab Minetaka in the chest and heart.
Lord Magnus and Minetaka fell as everything felt slow to Sabito.
Tears flooded Sabito’s eyes as he ran over to Minetaka’s body.
Winters and Celestina flew over to Sabito.
Sabito’s eyes began to turn bloodshot red as the blade of his katana became the same color.
Winters and Celestina were blown back by the burst of energy.
Winters and Celestina screamed.
Lord Magnus winced and glanced.
“You idiots we need to leave…NOW!” Lord Magnus commanded as two demon hawks grabbed Lord Magnus and flew off.
Winters and Celestina quickly followed.
“Why are we running?” Winters asked.
“We are NOT running. We’re just not prepared for that power, but trust me we will feast on THAT rabbit,” Lord Magnus said.
Lord Magnus glared back at Sabito as they left.
“THAT power has been resurrected through him…Not good,” Lord Magnus thought.
Sabito’s eyes went back to normal as he dropped his katana and ran over to Minetaka.
“Master…I mean Grandpa Minetaka…,” Sabito said as he sobbed.
