Introduction November 2011, Site-##

Dr. Faro arrived at Site-## in an urgent manner after a report about the containment of a new, unusual anomaly. The entity, later named Feya, at first glance resembled Faro himself. However, there were clear differences: a feminine silhouette and reversed coloration — where Faro emanates a violet hue (tie, eyes, power manifestation, staff tip), the entity was dominated by yellow.
Their first meeting was difficult to classify. Recorded materials indicate that both behaved as if they shared a long-standing acquaintance, or even a bond of a much older nature. The interrogation protocol from that day was encrypted and made available only to the O5 Council and a narrow group of intermediaries.

Although both Feya and Faro claimed to have been created by the same “Creator,” genetic analysis yielded surprising results. Feya’s DNA differs from Faro’s by 99.7%, which, according to researchers, indicates that the similarities may be merely superficial, and the source of their power — far more complex than previously assumed.
Just like Faro in the initial phase of cooperation with the Foundation, Feya did not resist during containment or during the conducted studies. Her abilities turned out to be almost identical to Faro’s powers, and the differences were limited to the aforementioned coloration and gender.
During contact with SCP-049, an event identical to those described in earlier reports concerning Faro was recorded. SCP-049, after a brief observation, said: “You are healthy... You do not need my cure...”

The entity was designated as Feya and accepted by the Foundation as an anomalous subject. After a series of tests and an assessment of psychological stability, she was granted the status of cooperating personnel, and later — like Faro — received a doctoral position.
She permanently resided in the residential section of Site-19, in the quarters located directly next to Faro’s. From the first days of cooperation, she showed full loyalty to the Foundation, and her actions did not generate any threats.
Despite this, the O5 Council observed the situation with concern. The fears were mainly about the unknown source of their shared origin and the potential synergy that could occur in unforeseen circumstances.

Update — January 2024

To date, no incidents or threat situations related to the activities of Feya or Dr. Faro have been recorded. Both continue to cooperate with the Foundation, performing research functions and supporting projects that require their unique abilities.

SCP-049 is a humanoid entity resembling a medieval plague doctor who claims that humanity suffers from a mysterious “Pestis.” It kills by touch those it considers ill, and then performs primitive surgeries on them, creating aggressive, failed “cured” beings.
