I keep walking until my feet start to hurt. I stop and look around, seeing only trees around me. I am still unable to store everything that has happened in this short period. I'm too tired to think clearly; in fact, my eyes continue to close of their own accord. I take another step, but feel something under my right foot. I squat and touch the ground until I feel a strange stone under my fingers. I pick it up, trying to sharpen my eyes to identify what it is, but it's too dark to see anything. I shrug my shoulders and put it in my pocket, sighing wearily. It’s better if I find somewhere to stay for tonight and then tomorrow morning I’ll decide what to do... I think, yawning.
I take the wand from my pocket and, after finding a large space, I make a small house appear with everything you need for one night. I go inside and, after settling down, I toss myself on the bed and immediately fall asleep.
3rd pov
While all this was happening, everyone in the castle was still sleeping, not knowing that the following day they would find themselves with a nice surprise. Hours pass and dawn arrives, causing creatures to awaken in the Forest.
The first are the centaurs, who immediately begin doing their jobs. They split into various groups; some go hunting, others take wood, and somebody patrols the surrounding area. One of the groups, after some time of walking, finds itself in front of a small house. They look at each other, confused.
"Why is there a house?" he asks the other three in a whisper.
"I don't know... Maybe someone built it?” the group's only female centaur replies.
"In one night?" the group leader questions skeptically. The others nod and he shakes his head. "Only a wizard with extraordinary magical power can build it in a short time!" he countered.
"Then it's better if we tell the rest of the pack!" intervenes the youngest. The others nod in agreement and go to their people. They report to their chief the strange cottage they found.
"Guide me there!" he orders. The smallest centaur in the group guides him through the woods to where they had seen the house. They arrive quickly but, when they are there, they no longer find anything.
"But how...?" the group exclaims in shock.
“Before we saw it...” says the youngest, looking at his father with sadness. "We didn't want to waste your time" he apologizes.
"Don't worry, sweetie! I know you told the truth. There are still traces!” he exclaims. "Don't worry, he wasn't an evil person" he continues to say sweetly.
The centaurs return to their home with relief, aware that the person inside the house just wanted to be on his own.
