If I could describe Pokémon Rangers in one word: badass.

        I grew up in the early 2000s, so I’m very familiar with Pokémon Diamond and Pearl and Pokémon Rangers. A story like this was bound to happen eventually, especially since I’ve always wanted the Diamond and Pearl anime crew to travel to Almia with Top Ranger Kellyn from Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia. What’s funny is that this is actually a rewrite of the very first story I wrote in 4th grade: Pokémon Ranger and the Mystery of Time and Space! I’m finally revamping it and will make it make sense this time—LOL!

        I guess you could call this story a crossover of Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia and the Pokémon Diamond and Pearl: Battle Dimension anime; however, it is based more on Shadows than Battle Dimension and includes two Fakemon I created and played with when I was a kid: Parity and Blue-Bird!

        If y’all don't know what Shadows of Almia is, it’s the second Pokémon Ranger game for the Nintendo DS—and one of my all-time favorite Pokémon games! It has one of the best stories I have ever seen in a video game, which I doubt I can top, but I can always try and have fun with it.

        I’m most excited about blending Pokémon Ranger elements into the main Pokémon anime series, as they did a few times in the early 2000s, and bringing back my favorite Ranger, Kellyn! I will attempt to give him a whole character arc, almost like an evolution of his role in Shadows and the anime, and have him learn from Ash and co. that he can’t do everything by himself, even if he is a Top Pokémon Ranger. The cherry on top will be Parity and Blue-Bird!

        I’m not expecting this story to be as dark as Infrared, but I tend to add darker twists to the franchise in my fanfics.

        That said, that’s enough babbling from me. It’s time to jump into the world of Pokémon Ranger and the Prince of Almia!
