It’s the end of the day now and Niya is pacing and fidgeting with the hem of her sleeves as she hovers at the end of the hallway from Professor Ame’s office.

Professor Ame is humming as he comes out of his office in a great mood since his own meeting he took care of this morning went wonderful. He spots Niya pacing at the end of the hallway and starts walking in her direction curiously.

Professor Ame: Professor Lyonel? Is something the matter?

Niya: -she jumps slightly in surprise- O-Oh um hello…I was wondering if…you had some free time to talk this afternoon?..

Professor Ame: Ummm…yeah sure. Did you wanna come into my office?

Niya: -she looks around for a moment but then she looks up at him and nods- Yes please, if that’s okay..

Professor Ame nods and signals to follow him: Please follow me and I’ll see if I can be of assistance.

They go into his office and he sits at his desk and turns around in a silly manner: Well well Professor Lyonel, how can I help one of my most beautiful creations?

There is a knock at the door and then Dean Haile comes in, fixing her hair as it seemed like she ran there.

Natasia: I do apologize for coming in like this. Professor Lyonel wanted me to accompany her but my last meeting went over a bit longer than expected. Please continue with whatever conversation. *She looks at Niya with a look of “I’m sorry,” but then sits next to Niya across from Asmodeus.*

Professor Ame looks at both of them but continues: Okay…I was just asking Professor Lyonel, how I could help her? And that she is one of my most beautiful creations. I can toot my own horn with that one eheh.

Niya: -she blushes- Thank you…heh that is quite the compliment coming from you. I um…I wanted to ask you if I could get help with…with breaking my marriage contract? I-I don’t think it was made legitimately and my husband is horrible! I want out of this!..And he wants to renew it again at the end of next year so I can be trapped for another decade. I can’t stay with him any longer… -she covers her mouth for a moment to catch her breath. She didn’t mean to just jump into it and run on like that but all of her frustrations just spilled over-

Professor Ame reaches over slowly and puts a hand down: I am so sorry that you have gone through this for so long. I can help but it will take some time. I also noticed…do you have a focus? Usually my succubi have a focus to help with mana release…but I haven’t seen it on your person…

Niya: He broke it…I…I haven’t been able to use my mana or release it safely for a fucking decade..! Over the last few years I’ve developed horribly debilitating migraines because of it…the pain is so horrible I can’t even stand up straight.

Professor Ame looks quite upset and then opens his drawer while Natasia puts a hand on Niya’s shoulder: I’m so so sorry Professor Lyonel…Niya, was your name before marrying? And what kind of focus did you have?

Natasia leans towards Niya and whispers: Do you wish for me to be closer and to hold your hand?

Niya: -she nods at her- Heh I’m surprised you found my name so fast..Yes it was Niya Kaur. And I had a folding fan. It was special…it was made from gold to handle my mana and I had engraved each panel with runes for well… -she looks between both of them- For most major emotions.

Professor Ame looks in his drawer and pulls out a folding fan made of satin with gold-plated metal clips: Here…use this for now so you can have mana release because I know with those headaches that normal days are hard. Now…as for this contract…? Niya Kaur…*He manifests his grimoire of creation in front of them, the seal of Luxuria and the Lust ring embodied in rubied-gold on the front with his signature at the bottom. He flips through it until he finds her name with her family’s information.* Ah! Here you are. I was wondering what happened. There was no other information but…contract? I don’t see a contract here…hmmm…odd…

Natasia speaks up: Is it possible this was an under the table kind of contract?

Professor Ame rubs his temples and sighs heavily: Ugh…that has been a problem but I thought it was being handled. Niya…the person who did your contract, do you remember what they looked like or what seal they used?

Niya: It looked almost like yours but it was missing some of the sigils from the bottom now that I’m looking at the genuine item…The man who did my contract was an older incubus, he did my sister’s marriage as well. But she’s very very happy with her mate, they secretly dated for many years before he proposed to her. With that successful match my Father thought using him again to find me a mate would be fine…He introduced me to Braxton and…that was that. I can show you the seal of my contract and maybe that could help?

Professor Ame: Yes, that would help a lot. I can pinpoint who might’ve had it. And you said an older incubus..? Did he have any discernible features? *He pulls out his phone and texts his wife, Akari, the details of the case with Niya Kaur.* 

Niya: He had a scar on one of his horns but that’s it. As for my contract seal… -she stands up blushing slightly. She turns around and lifts her shirt to show the seal tattooed on her lower back just above her tail- He preferred it here rather than the usual seal placement…

Professor Ame gasps in shock and embarrassment: What in the Fuck is that? That’s so disgusting and shows very little care for the contracted as a being. Gosh pig! Ugh…hmmm, can you lay down on the couch over there and I’ll take a better look at it?

Niya: -she nods and goes to lay on the couch, covering her face. She’s always hated where he put that seal-

Professor Ame comes over and sits on the ottoman right by her and shines a light on it: Alright…let’s seeeee. *The seal isn’t the same, it’s very similar but some of the different lines at the bottom are gone.* Yeah this is absolutely not mine and I know who this is…oh ho, I definitely do. *He takes a photo and sends it to his wife which all she says is, Be back later, my love. He goes back to Niya and slides her shirt down.* Okay, Akari, she’s the school’s psychologist, is on it. We know who but we haven’t seen or heard from him in a long time. Now…I can remove the seal but…it will take a few sessions. Are you safe? Judging from the underlying scars, I would say not so much…

Natasia’s foot is tapping as she tries to control her anger from thinking about that brute hurting someone she cared for.

Niya: -she sits up and keeps her eyes down- Natasia has given me something to help keep me safer…He broke my focus because I could force him to be calm and leave me be…without it I can’t use my mist safely and he knows that, so he just…does as he pleases…-she looks up at him with tears in her eyes- I haven’t even spoken to my family in a decade…he won’t let me and he keeps them so placated telling them that I’m happy and fine…

Professor Ame touches her face and wipes her tears: It’s alright. I hope this can bring you comfort that you have a focus to possibly quell him a bit while we work on this contract. Regardless, this contract is illegal so it doesn’t hold up at all as of ever. Meaning, your marriage isn’t a real marriage…

Natasia looks up with determination at Niya but keeps quiet.

Niya: -she clutches her chest and breathes out a shaky sigh of relief and starts crying into her hands- Th..thank you..!

Professor Ame hugs her: I am sorry…that I didn’t see this sooner but you are not alone. There are whole communities for our kind here. Trust me and support groups that I think would be great along with possibly talking to Akari. Now…what would you like to do?

Niya: I..I would really like to break this contract and file for divorce…And I’d like to request a brand new focus to be made…and honestly…I’d love to have my own space again and to see my family…hehe and I think going to a support group would be very nice..

Professor Ame rubs her cheek affectionately like a father would: Very well. Filing for divorce is easy, it would be more of an annulment since it doesn’t count. Breaking the contract wouldn’t be that hard either, it’s mostly just magic but for your focus, you would have to come to my forge. Also, do you not know your family’s phone number? *He magics his grimoire to his side and flips back to her family’s name.* I have their address and their contact information here. So call them whenever you please. I think it’s the middle of the night though right now. And Akari will give you the contacts for the support group and also her number when she gets back so you can schedule some sessions. I really recommend it.

Niya: I will gladly take you up on all of that…-she wipes her face- I haven’t called them because he monitors my calls and everything else…He really did cage me for so so very long..

Professor Ame claps his hands together and crosses his legs: Well you can fly free now, little one. You will be fully free soon. In the meantime, remember your temp focus, we can start on a new personal focus during winter break. Making a focus requires a lot of concentration. I’m sure our illustrious Dean can show you where to file for an annulment or at least help you. You aren’t registered in Lucid City though so you would have to talk to your province’s government system for that. It wasn’t Opirea, was it??

Natasia chuckled and quieted herself: She lives in Sifinica, dear. Good Aiah, you really need to keep better watch over your people.

Professor Ame looks back at her: Hey, I'm running a whole district, multiple clubs, helping my race of people and being a damn good teacher and husband and friend! That’s a lot! 

Natasia giggles and smiles: I know I know. I’m just teasing a bit.

He sticks his tongue out.

Niya: -she laughs at them- Be nice Tasia~. Hehe, maybe you can help me pick out a new place to live later?

Natasia blushes but her gaze is fixed right on Niya when she says that: I would be more than happy too.

Professor Ame looks between them with a slight smile: Well we have our work cut out for us. The school is ending within a couple of weeks so let’s get started on this sooner than later. The beginning of the new school year is always hectic for me hehe and Akari. 

Niya: -she gets up- Of course and again thank you…I’ll need to get home though quickly and pretend until the paperwork is filed.

Professor Ame also gets up and looks at her, putting a hand on her shoulder: Don’t hesitate to tell me or the dean if anything comes up. Oh yes. Where is my echo at? *He fishes for it in his pants pocket and takes it out.* May I have your digits? I need to keep up with you to let you know when we can do our unbinding ritual and our forging.

Niya: Oh um…I need a separate phone if I’m going to do all of this…He tracks and monitors the one I have now.

Natasia: Whenever you have some free time, we can go get you a new phone no worries. In Lucid City as well so more protection.

Niya: Thank you. I’ll get your number from Natasia as soon as I get my new phone.

Professor Ame: Of course. Well…*He starts to usher them out of his office as he locks up and turns off the lights.* I think we got quite a bit accomplished. I’ll be waiting to hear from you and while I'm waiting, I’ll be doing my own…maintenance. *His smile is full of sharp teeth as he looks out the giant window of the entrance.* I hope you two ladies have a lovely day.

Niya: And you as well. I’ll speak with you again soon.

Professor Ame nods and walks off, opening his own realm of magic and disappearing into it. Natasia looks off and then looks at Niya.

Natasia: Well that was a productive meeting. I know you need to head home so I’ll walk you to the entrance, if you’ll have me…

Niya: -she looks around then grabs Natasia’s wrist, pulls her down and kisses her deeply- Thank you Tasia.

Natasia looks at her after the kiss for a long time, grabs her up in her arms, presses her against a wall in a darkened hallway and begins deeply making out with her hard, with her hands all up her back and in her hair.

Niya: -she giggles between the kisses- I can’t wait until I don’t have to hide~...I missed doing this all day~..

Natasia is still kissing her but between the breathy kisses, she says: I missed you…I…mmmm…*She lets her down and kisses her again, one more time.* I really enjoy you Niya.

Niya: -she gently nuzzles their noses together- I enjoy you too Tasia.

Natasia keeps their foreheads together: During winter break, I know you will be busy but would you mind coming somewhere with me? I would like to take you to my family’s…Winter Night Festival…it would be nice to go with someone and I can’t take my son yet. He is far too young.

Niya: Hehe I’ll get through the tough things quickly so I can go with you. It sounds like fun.

Natasia: It is…fun. It can be. Sometimes I get a little overwhelmed by it but maybe I’ll have fun with you..*She leans down and kisses her again.* Well, let’s get you home. I still need to go over some paperwork.

Niya: -she smiles lovingly at her and gently caresses her cheek- Don’t work too hard Tasia. I’ll see you soon. -she kisses her cheek and heads home to start setting things in motion for her freedom-
