Assistant Butler:

Yancy: (frustrated)

A Maid:
She was quite a humble one, if I must judge.
Assistant Butler:
Oof, yeah. I feel regretful. If I had known, I would've told her beforehand...
Yancy:

Assistant Butler:

He’s yanked away mid-rant by two maids.
Alone in the kitchen now, Yancy Wil spreads his hands across the slab. He lowers his head, closes his eyes... and grins coolly.
Yancy: (muttering)
Tsh. So that’s the real reason I got dismissed, is it?

Scene 2: Thursday Morning, THCs Classroom
Rachav: (enters)
Ooh, mornin’ everyone!
A Girl:

Two Boys: (playfully)

Rachav: 😄
Oh! What’s with the brushes?
Class Mistress:
Oh no! Why aren’t you in your painting apron, Rachav?
Rachav:
Paintin’?
Class Mistress: (to some boys)
Hey, get down from the stool!
(To Rachav) Yes, it’s Painting Day—I thought you were informed?
Rachael: 😲
My bad! Looks like I forgot to pass the message to you. 😏
Rachav: ! 🤨
Rachael:
And I don’t think anyone has an extra apron. Maybe you can get one outside?
Class Mistress:
You should. These kids are messy—
Huh?! Hey! Don’t stick those brushes in your nose!
(She rushes toward the chaos.)
Rachav:
{It’s only a bit of painting and a few stains—how bad can it really be?}
...Two minutes later, a glob of paint lands on Rachav’s beloved skirt. The room falls silent.
Terry:
Uh-oh. 🙁
Rachav: (head lowered)
Terry?
Terry:
Y-yes, Miss Rai?
Rachav: (points to a corner, glaring)
Over there. Now.
Terry: 😢
Y-yes ma’am...
(He trudges off, brushes and paint in hand.)
Rachav: 🧐
Anyone else feelin’ brave enough to make a mess?
A Boy:
{😳😖 She’s a two-faced creature!}

She gazes at the drifting clouds, then exhales deeply.
Rachav: (breathes deeply)

Scene 4: ...Of a Fallen Taco
Rachav: (muttering)
I came all the way out here, far from my zone, just to have me taco knocked clean outta my hand... right onto the floor.
She stares at the taco sadly as it sits 'comfortably' on the tile floor 🤭 . A hand taps her shoulder. She turns, caught between hunger and frustration.
The Guy:
Excuse me? Are you not going to apologize? You just ruined my clothes with your snack!
Rachav: (mumbles)
You were the one who bumped into me.
The Guy:
Sorry? Who told you to get in my way? Are you trying to be arrogant?
Rachav:
{Ugh... not this sort again.}
(To him) My apologies, truly...
Friendly Guy (Delano):
Wow. Look who's playing victim to his own conscience.
The Guy:

Delano:

Rachav:

Delano:
