My body felt hot, sweat glistening under the sun making it almost impossible to keep running like this in this heat. As soon as I calmed down me and the Qualtz started to run towards the city, even though I am the only one who is running and the Qualtz is hanging on my back. On our way I asked everything I wanted to know about and it gave me the answers I wanted eventhough there were some it couldn't answer. Also I have decided to call it Naè simply because it looks like a spider that crawls around on the trees that I saw when I visited a zoo with my parents. There were many things I learnt from Naè today, first the colours I kept seeing were mana particles itself with each color indicating a different nature of the mana for example red color being lightning, green for wind, blue for water etc. "Master we need to hurry up" Naè nudged me from behind "Yes I know, but I don't think I can keep running like this" I said back almost panting. The sky above us were slowly cracking up into dark violent thunder clouds, I could hear siren sounds coming from the city from all the chaos. "Naè what exactly is that thing?" "I don't know Master, I have no recollection of such structure in my memories" this wasn't an answer I was hoping for. Even my efforts to make contact with the city or heck even my parents weren't successful either which made the whole situation even more frustrating. According to Naè we are the descendants of humanity that was driven out from our original planet when we couldn't find peace anymore there, I thought all of this is just a random weird dream that's happening all around me. But the more I think about it the more I am getting convinced of this situation we are in, we as a species are in danger. I could hear sirens ringing high on the city even from this distance "Dammit! We need to get there faster" I complained "Master, why don't you try flying?" "Huh? What do you mean by flying?" I slowed down a little. "When we were about to fall down on the ground earlier you used wind magic to stop our fall" I sat at the side of a bush panting "Yea? But I don't know how just floating will help me fly" I questioned. "Master you did it once even partially yet you did it" Naè jumped on front of me from my back "You just need to focus on what you want to achieve" Naè said which reminded me of the voice I heard back in that weird ocean. "Right, its just words in the end" I stood up straightening myself and jumping to and fro to warm my body up "Master don't be nervous" "Am not nervous" Naè started to project the screen with human anatomy "Your vital signs indicate that you are nervous". "Yes I am nervous you made your point now zip it" I told in a angry loud voice and closed my eyss.

                                                             'Alright focus Meryl' I thought about how my body feels warm whenever I activate my mana core, I thought how I destroyed the black fog in the ocean, I remembered the words of that voice. Warmt started to flood my chest then slowly making it's way throughout my body, my palms, fingertip, legs even each and every fibre of my body felt the heat surging from my chest. I could see the different elements around my surroundings even when my eyes were closed, but right now I don't need every element I just need wind. "Watching you no one will say this is your first time doing it Master" Naè spoke even sounding proud like a parent "We are just starting Naè" I told almost sounding confident. "Master focus only on the element you need" "I am trying Naè" I began to focus only on the green glowing wind mana amongst hundreds or thousands of other elements. The more I focused on it the more harder it became to actually feel it 'Dammit' I didnt had much time out here, I needed to get to the city to make sure everything was alright. My friends were still in there, the people I knew over the years were still in there and more importantly my parents were still in there and no one except me has any idea what's happening. "Master can I give you an advice?" Naè asked somewhat hesitant "What is it?", "Instead of trying to forcefully feel the element just try to naturally feel it" Naè said and climbed on my back again holding me tight with its long legs. "How am I supposed to know the difference between that?" I asked still trying my best to only focus on the green wind mana "Master when a person uses a spell the mana within the body and the mana outside the body resonates to form the result the person desires" I opened my eyes loosing my focus "But I don't think I understand what half of that means Naè". I was also starting to think it would be better to just keep running instead of trying to fly "Master think about it like this, right now the mana you feel outside your body is also present inside your body within your mana core" I listened to it carefully "So before trying to know the mana outside try to understand the mana within your body". I don't know how or why but it sounded like a good lesson but felt like I skipped soo many chapters in middle "But wait why can't I fly with just chanting, afterall that voice from before gave me an insight that words can affect mana". Afterall it doesn't make sense the voice told me to use my words but now that I try it again it doesn't work 'What kind of prank is this', I was getting furious but impatient all the same. 

                                              "Master when you tried to destroy that black fog you didn't focused on any particular element, you just wanted that fog to be gone" Naè fidgeted behind my back trying to adjust herself is what I assume. "Yea, your point being?" I questioned "That's exactly my point Master, that time you didn't focused on a single element, the attack that came out was your raw mana condensed into one powerful strike" Naè paused while I remained silent. "The same happened when we were about to fall" "But I clearly remember saying 'Let me float in the air', how come that is different", the more I speak with Naè the more questions I want to ask while I should be hurrying down to the city but insights can always help. "True you said that but you never specified which element to let you float, that too was just your mana condensing together to stop your fall", "Dammit it's making sense" I cursed at myself. "But by that logic can't I just condense my mana again to fly instead of just focusing on flying using wind?" "I would not recommend it Master as the strain your mana core receives during full on condensed mana usage could be very harmful". Naè sounded like a worrying parent "Ah fuck my luck, wind mana it is" I cursed again "Master you should really hurry" Naè said in worrying sound "What's wrong?" "It's about to start attacking Master", "Who is ab-" a flash of light caught my attention in the city. The giant structure was beginning to shake as lightning started to strike outside from it's top, the clouds began to turn dark and circled above the structure like a cyclone "What is happening?" I asked not just to Naè but also to myself. Maybe it was because my mana core was still active, I could feel the mana around me whirring and coiling like each and every particle is a cyclone on it's own. "Master am gonna assist you sensing your mana in your core because time is out of our reach now" I just nodded and closed my eyes the mark that I received when Naè connected with me began to heat up. Now I was feeling the heat of not just my core but also a mark left by a Qualtz, there was no time to complain I just had to ignore the heat and try to learn as fast as possible. Afterall just like Naè said time was out of our reach.

When the original world was no more suitable for survival, the people of that planet left it along side as much resources, people, animals and plants as possible. 

When they arrived at their new home they didn't wanted everything to be a fresh start so the people cross mixed all of the available knowledge, culture, wisdom into one unified knowledge.
