As Barney got ready he chose to wear a dark sweat shirt and baggy pants as he looked at himself in the mirror for what seemed like a long time he noticed the baggy eyes he had from his poor sleep schedule and darker brown hair and a scruffy beard that was slowly forming but chose not to shave. He refused to dress up for society rather he chose to have a stunning appearance for his dear muses and art pieces. 

As he eyed the time he noticed it was 7:00 knowing it would take him roughly 50 minutes to get to channel 6 news he decided to get to his car and start heading over barely making it at 7:53. The assistant quickly noticed him and ushered him quickly to the cameras as he refused to go to the makeup section and was already running late as is. As he went to sit down Tonya started beaming, practically skipping and sitting closer to barney pushing William out of her way in the process. 

I am so happy you actually came I started doubting you’d come the later it got I am so happy to keep saying you were coming no matter what anyone said!

William went to sit next to Tonya while wiping the dust off his shirt before welcoming Barney to the studio.

Welcome back everyone as I mentioned a bit earlier our secret guest has came for a surprise for everyone. Please welcome Barney Henderson, a 23 year old famous artist who officially debuted at the young age of 17 from his famous painting Rose. As you grew in popularity you stayed silent refusing to do any interviews. We have so many questions for you! Is it okay to get started? Tonya said eagerly.

Of course that’s why I came here is to finally start answering some of the questions you guys have.

Very well we shall get started then. The first question we have for you is what inspired you to make the painting Rose? William asked, glancing towards him. 

Well I created this in memory of my dear sister Rose. She passed away at the age of 19. 

Oh I am so sorry, is it okay if I ask how she passed? Tonya asked empathetically. 

She ended up getting murdered by her former boyfriend. She was Rose from the small Idol group Autumn. Barney said as his eyes started getting slightly darker.

I never knew they had another member when this?

It was a couple of weeks before she was to be on stage because of this incident they chose another debutante to join the group. 

I am so sorry about that. I know she would’ve loved the painting you made of her. Tonya said, hoping to make Barney feel a bit better. 

It’s fine, it's all in the past now. Barney flashed a sad tired smile.

I thought you grew up in an orphanage. William was brought up.

Yes, me and my sister grew up in the orphanage. We weren’t always an orphan; we were dropped off at the orphanage when I was 5 and Rose was 8. 

How did you two end up there?

That’s a little too personal for me to talk about. Barney replied in a cold voice staring daggers at William for asking.

That is understandable. Could you tell us how you came up with the painting? Tonya said wanting to change the topic feeling the cold atmosphere that came up. 

Well as you brought up I was 17 when I made this painting and debuted from it. When Rose came to me in ashes I couldn’t help but feel disturbed why should she be remembered like this? A debuting idol murdered by former boyfriend? It churned my stomach and seeing her in just an hern truly made me mad she deserved to be in the spotlight, the thing she worked so hard to get to. She worked that hard to get me and her a home and to finally be free from the system and to finally have a place that is our home with our own funds. So I started off on carving the frame myself. Each carving you see was made by me thinking of my dear sister. After completing the perfect frame and a few cuts along the way I finally started drawing Rose. No matter what anyone said the painting wouldn’t be good I ignored all of that I needed to make my sister perfect to be viewed in a beautiful way, a form of hope. Any minor mistake I burned the painting until I drew her in a beautiful forest on a fall day. She always enjoyed fall catching her beautiful appearance with leaves falling around her with the midsummer day showing in a light brown sweater dress. I finally caught her true look, the one that showed her purity, her calm self that was happy. While waiting for the art work to dry I met a famous person who seen painting wanting to buy it himself. I refused to allow it. Only when we agreed that it’ll be in a museum where anyone can visit her and appreciate her beauty did I allow Rose’s painting to leave me knowing I can visit her anytime as well. (Barney left out the fact that in part of the frame held part of Rose’s ashes that he didn’t want to be disturbed as she deserved to have at least one of her dreams come true.) 

I never knew that painting held so much meaning and emotion behind it. Tonya said, tearing up. 

Yes it did hold a lot of meaning behind that. Every piece I make comes with a story one form or another the way I see it. Every one has their own roads they have and each with their own unique obstacles. Some might not feel beautiful and try to seek attention any way they can and appease people. Some feel like they need to hide a part of themselves to be accepted in society however there is no such thing as a perfect person. Each person has their own unique personality and that is what makes everyone beautiful in their own way. Some feel more openly about things while some hide it in their heart. It makes everyone that we meet interesting. No matter the disability or personality if we didn’t have this much difference in the world would we truly be happy? We express ourselves in different ways, some with cooking, some with music, some with art, and some with connecting to animals or other individuals. This makes everyone unique in their own way and intriguing.

I have to admit I never thought much regarding that, but this gives me something to really think about. I find your view of society very interesting. William said while thinking about what Barney said. 

It seems we have to wrap up this interview but I am dying to know what is your next project is going to be?

And to that it shall be kept a secret until the day I present it. This way it’s more exciting to see. Barney replied with a calculating smile.
