"The rest of his team would be aware of his death in a couple hours if not sooner due to the explosion."Replied Azam as he looked at Victoria then at the road "However, by that time I bet we could cover enough ground to escape them, and besides even if they find us the forrest is filled with danger and monsters.Which would by us some time" He added.

The duo dusted themselves, got reorganised and set off again with some haste to their pace to create some distance between them and their potential foes.

As the sun dipped below the horizon and the night crept ever closer the duo decided to set up camp for the night.The skurmish with the orc scout caused them to be behind schelude, despite this they were still able to reach where they need for the night.However they were still 20 km away from the front lines, which could only take a day or two depending on their pace.

The next morning they got up before dawn and started at their journey,there was a river 5km away with boats and ferries towards a town bordering the front lines.Getting there will cut precious and crucial hours in their journey.As they set off the dim light of the forest made it difficult for the anyone to navigate through the forrest and to the small port , in spite of this years of being on the road together they have gotten use to it and were able to effortlessly navigate through the forrest and to the port as the sun woke up behind the trees and gently praised them with a few rays of sunlight.

As the duo got closer the port, an old fishing willage with only a few house and a measly wooden porch the only branched out a few meters were getting closer and bigger.As they arrived a boat was sitting tied to pole while the captain was resting aboard.

"Excuse me sir, i would like to know if you would be willing to take us to the frontlines of a mission"Requested Azam 

As the captain grogily woke up he replied "20 silver coins" 

"What?" Replied Azam confusion filling his face

"20 silver coins to take you and your friend to the frontlines, and assuming that the both of are mecenaries it shouldn't be too expensive." answered the boat captain who was fully awake by this point and happened to be an attractive man with jet black hair and snow white skin.Upon looking at him Victoria bit her lip started blushing,

"Alright then" said Azam as he handed the coins to the captain as the duo got aboard his rust bucket of a ship.The ship was a lethargic beast who inched his way towards the frontlines.

Having time to kill both Azam and Victoria tried to struck up a convastation they were met with the same reply "shut your yapper and give me sometime to properly wake up" from the captain
