Nice Reflection! Life is like that! Many times our minds drives us to stress and anxiety. What we think is not real, is just what we think. So when a thought arises, we should ask " Who is having this thought?" The answer : "I am" having this thought. If we then ask "Who am I?" and stay in silence, the stress and anxiety simply disappear.
