"I'm done for..." She cried. She was sat on the stone cold floor beside the door.

She did not know who locked the door. And she did not know whether it was intentional or not.

"Father's going to be worried." She thought. "If i don't do something now, i won't get out until tomorrow."

Though she was cold, Palma got up from the floor and strolled around the room looking for any way out.

There wasn't much in the laundry room. The only things she could find that were useful were a piece of paper and some black charcoal.

Palma placed the items on the ground and sat down.

"I could write a note. But what if no one sees it" She thought.

Palma looked up at the door.

"What if i bang on the door and shout for help? I doubt anyone would come, though." She thought.

Palma got up and walked over to the door that was locked shut.

She took a deep breath.

"Help! Someone, please open the door!" She shouted. She hit the door with her hands as hard as she could.

"..."

"Ha! I knew no one was going to-"

"Click!"

"Huh?!"

A young blonde haired boy swung open the door.

"Are you alright?" He asked.

"Um...y...yeah! I'm fine." Palma replied. She felt a little embarrassed, as her cheeks went bright red.

"Who knew that would actually work?" She thought. She fanned her face with her hands to cool down.

The boy peeked inside the laundry room.

"But, what were you doing in here?" The boy asked.

"Ah..."
