Everyone stared at Argons’s corpse, blood gushing violently from where his head was supposed to be.

“I see you still have that twisted sense of humor of yours.”, Beyond laughed at his remark.

“Now, back to the matter at hand. Tsander and Lazerus. You both know it’s taboo to use your gifts outside of the Lygis. Especially you, Tsander. You broke your own promise to me when you asked me to leave my playground with all that aqua. I was lenient enough to let you use it when you made your toys, but this? Oh dear boy... what must I do to you?”

“Make him into a fallen!”, Lazerus suggested.

“Hmm, interesting suggestion, but I still have plans for him. Plus, that would suit a boring toy like you better than him.”, Beyond stared at Lazerus as he spoke those words. He immediately knew he had made the mistake of speaking out of place.

“Let’s talk about your punishment first. What was it again? “Make him into a fallen”? Seems fitting to me, but what does your Kingdom think about that?”

“What’s the price for preventing that?”, Jack asked as he appeared from the trees.

“Oh, I don’t know… how about some memories?”

“Who’s and how much?”

“The memories of everyone in his Kingdom who knows about that.”, it  pointed to Tujitou.

“Of course, that would include you too, Jack and Michele.”

“Did you hear that, boss? What’s your answer?”, Jack asked as he awaited a response from the communication device.

“Do it.”

“You heard the man!”

Beyond smiled at his reply:” Now, that was easier than expected. They must value dogs a lot in that kingdom. Make sure to thank your owner properly.”

Beyond snapped his fingers, teleporting Jack and Lazerus away from the scene. Tsander let out a sigh of relief, knowing he would no longer have Kaiser hunting them down.

“I would like to thank you for that, but I’m curious as to why you helped me out there.”

“As I said before… I still have plans for you. But don’t thank me yet– your punishment is still due. The problem is, I don’t have the slightest clue what it should be.”

“Then maybe I can help out with that.”, a feminine voice echoed within the woods.

“Oh? So you’re finally making your move? This should be interesting.”

“Send him to Zero.”

“Zero?”

“Send him there until the promised day. It’s a punishment fitting the crime.”

“Hmm… done!”, Beyond snapped his finger, sending Tsander and the mysterious figure away.

“Now, only you remain.”

“Where? Where did you send him?”, Alexander shouted.

“Bring him back!”

“Too emotional.”, it snapped its finger again, rendering Alexander mute.

“Seeing as how Argons couldn’t clean up his own mess, I’ll have to leave it to you to sort this out. I know you’re not the type to leave a family member behind, but let me give you a word of advice, kid. Run away as far and fast as you can. Anywho, that’s me. Goodluck now.”
