Latham grabbed Palma's shoulder.

"Are you alright?" He asked.

"Yes, I'm fine." She said. She gently removed his hand from her shoulder.

"Are you sure? You look a little pale. I can walk you home if you like." Latham suggested. He looked at her with concern.

Palma sighed. She was grateful for Latham's conern. But out of habit, she wanted to be alone. Yet...

"Alright. If It's not too much." Palma accepted. She couldn't help but smile.

Seeing her gentle smile, Latham smiled happily.

Latham walked Palma back to her tent. By the time they arrived, it was already sunset.

"Thank you for escorting me, Latham." Palma thanked him.

"Hehehe! No problem. I'll see you tomorrow, Palma!" Latham said. He ran off while waving goodbye.

Palma gently waved back.

"Who was that?" A voice from behind said.

Palma flinched and turned around quickly.

"You're late." Graham said. He crossed his arms.

"Dad!? How long have you been there?" She panicked.

Graham had seen Palma and Latham arrive from his tent. Devastated by the fact that his daughter was talking to a boy and smiling, he rushed over.

"Hmm... That's not the point, Palma. Why were you so late today? It's way past your curfew!" Graham scrolded.

Palma flinch.

"Aha ha ha..."
