“No.” Sean waves his hand fervently across the air, denying the charges against him. “That's not true. I was just passing by around the area when a girl suddenly dashed out from one of the rooms and began to scream at me, calling me a pervert. I kept attempting to explain to her that I'm not a pervert.” He pointed his finger at me as he said. “But she wouldn't listen and sort of went crazy, hitting me all over.”

“I'm so sorry,” I mumbled. I swear I would never hit you anymore. Even if I accidentally do so, I'll make sure to hear your part of the story first before taking my judgment on you.

San, on the other hand, appeared to have thought of something else. He looked straight at Sean, asking, “What were you doing around the maidens chamber?”

“That…I…” It was a certain person's turn to explain why he was actually wandering around the maiden’s chamber. “Her.” His finger was still pointing at me. “I was looking for her.” Sean finally answered.

“Me?”

“Her?” San and I both questioned simultaneously.

“Yes.” Sean nodded, putting down his hand. “She is the one who got the second brother angry. I was trying to approach her, to find out what her actual personality is. But who would have thought that she's such a crazy person? She kept on hitting my face, most especially targeting my nose. It hurt so much being hit.” He began to whine.

'Ha… It looks like this seventh lord has a bit of a childish persona.' My lips unconsciously curl up into a smile while watching this comical scene.

“Alright. Alright. That's enough.” San appeared to have been used to Sean's whining behavior. “You should be embarrassed for being knocked down by a girl. I've told you to work on your cultivation several times, but you wouldn't listen. Now look at the results.”

Facing San's admonition, Sean pouted his mouth, feeling aggrieved. I'm the victim here, why are you scolding me and not her instead?
