Ezekiel had never been more happier to not have the day off as today. He was texting to Sofia to see if she want to hang, When River, his roommate, co-worker, and friend came through the door. "Hey Zeke, I just got back. Want to get takeout?" River, his non-binary friend asked. They noticed that he wasn't in his usual spot. Which was the living room in the front of the apartment they shared. However did find him in the bathroom puking into the toilet. "Hey, Are you okay?" River ask. Ezekiel nodded his head and smile at them. "Hey River, when did you get back?" Ezekiel said as he move away from the toilet. "Hey bud, what's going on with you?" River ask carefully. Ezekiel is out of the bathroom and said "I don't know? I haven't been sick since that one time where we went to Mexico." River winced at the memory. At say the day they come back from went to work at Starbuck was not a wonderful day, that day. River shuddered. "So what's this, Zeke?" Ezekiel just said. "I don't know?" River stroke their chin like they have a beard, no they don't. "You have been sexual active." Ezekiel blushed but then look horror. "No, I can't be pregnant. That not possible." River asked softly. "Did they wear protection?" Ezekiel knew that Will didn't be wasn't sure about Joaquin. Now Ezekiel was pacing fast. "I mean no with one but the other one I could've?" River flinched. Ezekiel looked scared. Then the door bell rang. They both jump then Ezekiel sighed in relief. "It's just Sofia I asked here to come over." River smiled and went to let her in. 

"Hey my hobgoblin! How have you been?" Sofia said as she gave River a hug. They just hug back and said "I've been better." Sofia look puzzle before she went to Ezekiel. "Zeke, what's happing here?" Ezekiel looks like he was on verge of cry. "I think I might been pregnant?" Sofia thinks back on his two specific sex escapades. "Okay, Do you want me to get a pregnancy test?" Sofia asked softly. "No!" Ezekiel squealed out. "I think I'm fine now. Let's order some takeout." Ezekiel looked at menu on his phone. Sofia and River looked at each other and watched Ezekiel carefully. Once they decide on what to eat. Then they ate and watch a few movies, at first nothing happened. But soon after they had just finished another movie. They were talking when Ezekiel rushed to the bathroom again. Sofia and River stare as he left. "Do you think we should get him a pregnancy test?" River asked Sofia. Sofia shook. "No, we will have to take him to the hospital or clinic. It's only for him to see the obvious." River just nodded their head in agreement. River knew that they were Morning side or light side. They joke with the others after all River and Ezekiel work as baristas from Starbuck. While at night he goes with Sofia to the club to strip.  They have made jokes about it. One being that he was stripella.

They were having a good time when it became clear Ezekiel was about to spew again. So once Zeke was finish from puking his guts out. They went to Ezekiel and help him get ready. The others didn't have to get ready since they were wear outside clothes. They brought him to a clinic where the nurse or doctor ask the standard questions. "Have you been sexual active in the past month?" Ezekiel look like he was contemplating on saying no when he saw Sofia give him the look. Ezekiel sighed "Yes." The nurse just nodded their head went to get a cup and ask him to pee in it. Ezekiel knew this was coming doesn't mean he like it. Once he peed in the cup they left them alone with each other. "So who is the father?" River asked. Ezekiel muttered "I'm hoping who's not the father." This made Sofia snorted. "So, how did this happen?" River asked. Ezekiel and Sofia look at each other and then Sofia bow as if to said tell us the grand story about your sex life. Ezekiel just rolled his eyes and recap about his great (Although he would never admit that to Joaquin's face.) sex escapades. Once the stories were done so were the test. The doctor came in. "So you are pregnant. There are options if you decide not to keep it. As well as option if you do. You have time. You're 7 weeks into your pregnancy." Ezekiel knew his head was swimming but he stay focus and nodded his head. Once they left the clinic. They went to a Starbuck. (Not the one where River and Ezekiel work at.) Sofia and River got themselves something to drink while Ezekiel could only get the pink drink. Which was just juice and strawberry milk. He guzzled that thing like there was no tomorrow. After all that they made back to the apartment as soon as they parked he was already out of his car seat and out of the car.

River and Sofia stared as they watch him book it to his room. Once he was inside their apartment and inside his room. He scream into a pillow then beat the pillow up. After letting all his emotions on to a pillow. He finally sobbed into it. Only then did River and Sofia come into his room. "This wasn't how I was supposed to get my first baby." Ezekiel mumble into the pillows. Sofia said quietly. "How was going to have your first baby?" Ezekiel look up at both of them. His face full of sorrow. "Just married with someone who love me for me on our honeymoon. You know how you supposed to do it. But no I went and spread like the whore I am!" River had enough and grabbed a pillow and start wailing on their friend. "What-" Ezekiel try to speak but was getting a mouthful of pillow. "Stop." A hit. "Talking." Thud. "Bad." Once more. "About. My. Friend." They hit him three more times for each word. "But…" Ezekiel see both of his friend hold pillow. "Zeke, we love but you sound like catholic mom. When they found out their child had sex." Sofia said with concern in her voice. Ezekiel huffed turn around holding his stomach. River just pat his head. "Do you at least know what you want to do." Ezekiel just sniffed. "Maybe." Sofia cuddle him and asked. "Well don't leave us in suspend what are you going to do?"

The nurse/doctor had called the him. "Yes. He's pregnant." The phone called ends there. However for one of them a familiar person. Stand by their cousin while the other pace around before making some calls. Both not knowing that there was another and yet not caring if there was one.
