In the lastest episode of Dead Body Girl, Kari and Noah fall asleep on the couch. When they wake, they’re wrapped in a blanket that wasn’t there before. The question is: Who wrapped them in a blanket?
2:46am: Tina wanders across the living room to head to the potty. On her way back she notices that Kari is sleeping on the couch. Not wanting her Big Sissy to get cold, she scurries back to her room, pulls a blanket off her bed and runs back to the couch. She’s too little to get the blanket very high or really wrapped around the two sleepers, but she tries.
2:49am: After Tina goes back to bed, the blanket falls to the floor.
3:04am: Reno heads to the kitchen for something to drink. On his way he notices Kari and Noah sleeping on the couch and the blanket on the floor. He considers dragging Noah back to the bedroom, but it would wake Kari so he opts to drape the blanket over the duo.
3:07am: Vegas goes looking for his brother, sees the shitty job Reno is doing wrapping up Kari and Noah with a blanket, swats his brother away and takes over the job. He purposefully covers Noah’s head completely with the blanket before leaving. Noah coughs a little.
4:22am: Angie crosses the living room to the bathroom, and sees the shitty job someone did covering Kari and Noah with a blanket. She knows from her years of police work that it’s vitally important to wrap trauma victims with blankets for . . . reasons. Preforming her due diligence, she whips the blanket off of the two, shakes it free of wrinkles, then folds, tucks, and wraps the victims in the Mors Bay Police Department’s standardized blanket truss. Satisfied that the two were now up to blanket bundling code, she proceeded on to her destination.
Dead Body Girl: Extra Bodies is a series of extra information that is interesting and gives a deeper understanding of the characters and their world, but is not vital to understanding the main story. It’s totally fine to skip these little extras, they are just fun little things to read. They include little factoids about the characters or world, interviews with the characters, extra scenes related to the story, and other little tidbits. I hope you have as much fun reading these as I did writing them!
