VENICE — NIGHT
Rain drizzles lightly, barely disturbing the canals. The city feels tilted, like it’s holding its breath.
The team splits without meaning to.
That’s when it happens.
ASH vs LIAM
EXT. PIAZZA SAN MARCO — OPEN SQUARE
Liam steps forward alone.
The air suddenly drops.
Not pressure—direction.
Benches scrape across stone. Streetlights bend inward. The rain freezes mid-fall.
Ash stands at the far end of the square, unmoving.
His gravity gauntlet rotates, symbols glowing brighter with a low hum.
ASH
You’re the anomaly.
Liam’s Northern Lights flare instinctively.
LIAM
Funny. I was about to say the same thing.
Ash raises one finger.
The world slams downward.
Liam barely reacts in time—
NORTHERN SHIFT!
He vanishes as the ground implodes, stone folding in on itself like paper.
Liam reappears mid-air, chains erupting from his back, anchoring into buildings.
Ash clenches his fist.
Gravity reverses.
Liam is ripped forward, chains tearing free as he’s dragged across the square—
He plants his fire arm down.
🔥 Element Limbo — Fire Suspension
The stone beneath him fractures into ember-like chunks, floating, orbiting his arm.
❄️ Ice shards bloom around the other.
Ash’s eyes narrow.
ASH
Interesting.
He steps forward.
Every step distorts space. Liam feels his ribs compress, bones screaming.
Liam pulls his arms together.
🔥❄️ Fusion Phase
Frozen fire blades form—hissing, glowing.
He throws them.
Ash doesn’t dodge.
The blades bend—curve—
miss.
Gravity twists their trajectory mid-flight.
Ash appears instantly in front of Liam.
One punch.
Not fast.
Not flashy.
Just absolute force.
Liam is launched through a cathedral wall, smashing through stone and glass.
He crashes inside, coughing, barely standing.
Ash walks through the hole, untouched.
ASH
Gravity always wins.
Liam wipes blood from his mouth, Northern Lights blazing brighter.
LIAM
Then I’ll stop falling.
WILSON vs LUKE & TYLER
INT. ABANDONED ART GALLERY — NIGHT
Luke and Tyler burst inside, weapons ready.
The door locks itself.
Lights flicker.
Drawings line the walls—hundreds of them.
All of them.
TYLER
…I don’t like this.
A pencil scratches.
Wilson sits on the floor, back turned, sketchbook open.
WILSON
I’ve been practicing.
He flips the page.
Suddenly—
The walls close in.
Luke’s breath shortens.
The floor stretches endlessly beneath Tyler’s feet.
LUKE
This isn’t real—!
A drawing peels itself off the wall.
It moves.
It grabs Luke’s shadow, pinning him in place.
Tyler charges—
But the room repeats.
Same hallway.
Same door.
Over and over.
Wilson finally stands.
His eyes are hollow.
WILSON
I don’t kill bodies.
He snaps the sketchbook shut.
WILSON (CONT.)
I erase certainty.
The floor turns to paper.
Tyler sinks.
Luke screams as ink crawls up his arms.
Tyler closes his eyes.
Focuses.
Power surges.
His aura ignites, stronger than before—
something new unlocking under pressure.
TYLER
LUKE—LOOK AT ME!
Luke locks eyes with him.
The illusion cracks.
Tyler slams his power outward—
The gallery shatters like glass.
Wilson staggers back, surprised for the first time.
WILSON
Oh…
He smiles.
WILSON (softly)
You broke the page.
Ink whips lash out—
Luke finally moves, tackling Tyler out of the way as the building collapses inward.
Wilson melts into shadow, laughter echoing.
CUT BACK — LIAM vs ASH
The cathedral begins to lift off the ground.
Ash raises both hands now.
ASH
You can resist.
You can struggle.
It changes nothing.
Liam floats—chains snapping into the air around him.
Northern Lights erupt into a massive ring.
🔥❄️ Element Limbo — Maximum Output
Fire and ice suspend the collapsing cathedral, holding it in paused destruction.
Liam glares through the pain.
LIAM
Then I’ll change gravity.
Ash’s eyes widen—
Just a fraction.
