Eugene thought, As expected, she didn't know where that temple was. He knew Agorath was holy ground in that deep sea; maybe her temple was also. He couldn't be sure. As for the child, I also believe the child is alive, but if the child is... then how could Noir react? He can't see her as more desperate.
Everyone looked around for a moment; they had come back. Each of them sat down on a sofa seat and relaxed for a moment, and Fate, the goddess, also sat down with a tired expression and let out a sigh to calm her breath.
Phew, so everything is over, and the cute girl touched the sofa to inspect this material. What is this thing called?
Seinna was speechless, but in the age of myths, that didn't exist. How could she know about this thing? She said a bow and said, "Ah, god/goddess, that thing is called a sofa; it's made for sitting comfortably for a conversation."
Sofa, you say? Just like its name suggests, it's fluffy and comfortable. Thank you for telling me about this era-masterpiece creation. The fate goddess replied with a bright smile.
Seinna and others have a thought: Did she just call a sofa a masterpiece? That's natural; they can't help but think an old hag from the age of myths has a child's curiosity about this era's technology. None of them dare to say anything.
Seinna sensed Eugene's gaze; he was strongly glaring at the goddess of fate with a fearful expression. She looked at him; he was standing in front of the goddess of fate while the goddess of fate turned away from him in annoyance.
Eugene wanted to ask, "Where is she?" Did he know about where her temple was? He shook off his thought. He asked by narrowing his eyes, "Don't you have something that you want to say to her?"
The Fate goddess sensed his gaze piercing a hole within her heart and her in disbelief and sighed deeply. "As expected, I thought you would ask me about her. Well, I'll be honest with you, I also don't know where that temple is now. As for your worries, I thought maybe she already gained her original body. As for your child, I can't say if that child is alive or not. I also feared to face her.
Eugene sighed softly and turned to his companion. They were worried about Noir's reaction about happening uncertainty and said, "Let's head to Shimun, kingdom of knights. I also find Agorath holy ground in that ocean; maybe her temple is also deep within the ocean somewhere."
No one denied his words; they also want to find to offer their apologies for misbehaving with her, and everyone sharply nodded.
Seinna and Anise were thinking about Melzri. Who is she? They can't help but get a weird feeling. According to fate, she is noir's guardian; she was already an omnipotent entity who guts to become her guardian. Maybe her guardian was also a god? They too thought to themselves.
Eugene turned to Fate, a goddess, with a smirk on his face. "You also thought the same, don't you?"
The Fate goddess thought by rubbing her chin and biting her lips and tilting her head to the side and responded, "I can't be sure; it's better to take a look."
Eugene rudely said to the fate goddess, "Will you transport us, and we will go by ourselves?"
The Fate goddess got irritated by these words and angrily replied, "What do you think of me? Agorath, I'm some kind of teleportation artifact or something. Can't you make a request if you want something from me?
By this response Eugene clicked his tongue in frustration, and he eventually demanded with a bright smile. "Oh fate goddess, can you please teleport us? It will be a great help."
Both Seinna and Anise were extremely shocked. Did Hamel make a request? They can't think he can do such a thing, and others also think the same.
The Fate goddess was also shocked by these unexpected words and said, embarrassed, by clearing her throat, "Ahem, Agorath, well, I can take you there as requested."
The Fate goddess stood up from her seat, and she used her divine weapon at the side. A portal was immediately created.
Eugene, look at the portal that was created a moment ago. He pondered for a moment. He still didn't tell Lionheart's family; they all must be worried about me. He tell afterwards everything to his family.
He turned to move around towards the portal. Seinna and others stand up and follow behind his back. Seinna, who appeared beside him, asked with a bewildered expression, "Did the fate goddess not come with us?"
Eugene immediately glanced back; he showed her head in denial. He frowned. "Are you that afraid to face her?"
The Goddess of fate said with a wry smile, biting his nails, giving her an excuse, "It's not like I'm afraid or not; if she thought about me, I would immediately appear in front of her, just appear when you called me."
Eugene shook his head in disbelief and grumbled, "You definitely know where she is; you don't want me to directly tell that place, fine... I'll find her on my own."
he thought it was impossible she didn't know after she met the goddess. If she didn't, then who knows?
The Fate goddess murmured, "Well . . . that's true, Agorath, but it's better you find her on your own. If you are able to find her, then we will meet again."
Eugene sharply nodded without looking back; he headed inside the portal. Seinna and Anise were behind for a moment; she turned into a mist with a smile on her face and disappeared. They also came and went inside, and the rest of them followed us, well.
Eugene appeared on the island; he quickly scanned his surroundings. Sienna and others also appeared behind his back. And the portal behind disappeared instantly. Seinna quickly tried to understand where this place was.
she voiced her thoughts, "It's near somewhere, Soltgeo Sea, where we once went against Iris, right?
Eugene nodded in response.
Raimira came right behind her back and said, "Benefactor, do you want me to transform to look over the seas?"
Eugene looked at Raimira and thought for a moment. He was trying to connect with Noir's soul, but no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't sense her. But why? Because the divine promise is fulfilled. Its connection has shivered.
Eugene looked at Ciel and asked, "Ciel, did the Royal Library of Shimum have any information about the Twilight Witch Temple, just like my records? Maybe it's there also."
Ciel looked at him; her gaze was calm. She couldn't be sure but responded with a bitter smile. "Look, Eugene. I can't be sure I'll find any records of Twilight Temple, but I'll look for you.
Kristiana also said something, "I'll go with Ciel to search for her records."
Ceil looked at her with a weird expression. Is she for real? But she sighed softly and looked.
Eugene just nodded calmly without saying anything.
Vermouth eventually said after a moment
While I thought Darwans are smart, I heard from Seinna there are quite smart Darwans in this country, right? What's his name?
Eugene thought for a moment by vermouth's words, tilting his head to the side. "There is one who said about me, 'God of War,' and polished my holy relic, so get a vision from my past. I can't recall his name.
Anise twisted with frustration; she punched him on the arm while grumbling, "You can't recall a darn thing. You help a lot. Are you being for real, Hamel?"
Eugene immediately at her look and spit out while looking away, "That's true; he helped me a lot. It's that important I recall everyone's names."
Seinna reminded him with a pout, "Well, its name is Gondor, the great craftsman."
Everyone looked at her, shocked by hearing great words from Seinna.
Seinna immediately with an irritated tone, "Why are you looking at me? Acknowledge dwarves are smarter than elves, but they are lousy and short as compared to elves." She is breathing heavily; she controls her breath and turns around to look.
Eugene can't do anything to persuade her; she will not change.
Molon said cheerfully, "Well then, Hamel, Vermouth, and I'll go to meet with Gordon the craftsman."
Eugene doesn't know of anything, but he said to put words to it: "Thanks for your help, Molon and Vermouth."
"No need. Well then, shall we go vermouth?" Molon said skeptically. Vermouth also nodded without a word; they turned around and flew into the sky.
Eugene said to Raimira, "Rai gets transformed into a dragon and accompanies Ciel and Kristiana to the Royal Library.
"I'm just waiting for your command, benefactor," Raimira said cheerfully, and she changed into a huge black dragon, and she turned towards Ciel and Kristiana. "Come on, Mother and Aunt Ciel, get on my back."
Ciel frowned with a thought: Why did she call her an aunt? She shook her head and let go of that idiotic thought; she and Kirstiana sit on the dragon's back.
Raimira let out a roar; she flapped her wings and flew in the sky towards the Royal Palace.
Only Eugene, Anise, and Seinna remain on that island. Eugene looked at the vast ocean and got deep in thought.
Seinna couldn't help but think they are going to look around into that vast ocean, but where? Without knowing anything, she asked hesitantly, "Are we around in the deep sea?"
Eugene shook his head immediately. "No, let's wait for others. Without information, nothing is to be gained. Even if we are around aimlessly, it is pointless. Maybe that temple was sealed with an invisible barrier or something."
Anise asked in a soft tone, "So what are you going to do now, Hamel? How were you able to find her if that temple is invisible?
Eugene looked at hard rock, and he walked towards that rock, and he sat down on that rock and closed his eyes. "My connection with her got severed because the divine promise is broken now. I can't sense her soul completely, but I'll use divine power as well as the life force of hers that's inside my soul, and then we will get a clue."
Anise and Sienna didn't say anything after just nodding in understanding.
Eugene closed his eyes; he used his divine power as a red, dark aura surrounded his body to deeply sense the presence of her soul. He can't be sure it will work or not, but this is the only option he has left.
