Scarlet's registration in the Student Council records was finally completed.

Blake closed the file.

"That's done."

Scarlet stretched her arms slightly.

"Finally…"

Just then Chloe walked over and placed a small box of snacks in front of her.

"You look like you're about to collapse," Chloe said casually. "Eat."

Scarlet's eyes instantly lit up.

"Really?!"

She accepted the snacks excitedly.

"Thank you!"

Without hesitation she opened the box and started eating.

Chloe pulled a chair beside her and sat down while watching her with amusement.

After a moment Blake spoke calmly.

"It's time to go back to your class, Scarlet."

Chloe waved her hand dismissively.

"Why hurry? Let her eat first."

Scarlet was too busy chewing to properly respond.

With her mouth full she only mumbled,

"Scar… is fine…"

Chloe chuckled.

Just then—

The large doors of the Student Council office opened.

The room instantly fell silent.

Chloe leaned closer to Scarlet and whispered,

"The president is here."

Scarlet's eyes immediately sparkled.

She turned toward the door.

A girl walked in first.

She was stunningly beautiful.

Long light pink hair flowed behind her as she walked gracefully. Her posture was elegant, almost like a noble princess stepping into a royal hall.

Scarlet whispered in awe,

"Is she the president…? She's very beautiful."

Victor, who had joined them earlier while they were eating, suddenly stood beside Scarlet.

"No," he said.

"Not her."

He nodded toward the doorway again.

"Behind her."

Scarlet looked again.

And saw him.

A tall boy walked in slowly.

Jet-black hair.

Sharp, perfectly balanced features.

Every detail of his face looked flawless.

The kind of appearance that made people instinctively stop and stare.

Scarlet froze.

Everyone in the room noticed.

The council members secretly smiled with pride.

Scarlet raised her hand and pointed directly at him.

"Is she about to be murdered?"

Blake simply folded his arms and replied calmly,

"Just watch the drama and enjoy."

Top of every academic ranking.

He looked directly at Scarlet.

"I'm the president," he said simply.

"And you're the transfer student."

Scarlet was about to respond—

But Chloe suddenly covered her mouth with her hand.

"President," Chloe said sweetly, "how do you know this stray cat?"

Scarlet struggled slightly.

"Mm—!"

Inside her head she protested.

From the side, Raven spoke without looking up from his laptop.

"So you're a cat that solves her antics and courage."

Scarlet shot him a deadly side-eye.

Meanwhile Ciel suddenly smiled faintly.

Smiled.

Ciel said calmly.

"She's my childhood friend."

Silence.

Then collective shock.

The council members looked at Scarlet again.
