Five seconds.

Still nothing.

She slowly turned toward him."…Why aren't you driving?"Ciel didn't answer immediately.

Instead, he looked at her calmly."Aren't you forgetting something?"

Scarlet blinked.  "No?"

She patted her bag confidently.

"I have everything."

Then suddenly another thought crossed her mind.She squinted at him suspiciously.

"Wait… aren't you a minor?"

"Why are you driving a car?"

Ciel lifted one eyebrow slightly.

"What day is it today?"

Scarlet thought for a moment.

"Saturday."

For a brief moment—Ciel's eyes lowered.

There was something unreadable in his expression. Then a faint smile appeared that didn't come to his eyes.

"Yes."

"Saturday." You're right.

Before Scarlet could ask anything—He suddenly leaned closer.

Scarlet froze.

Her back instinctively pressed against the seat.Her heart skipped.The distance between them disappeared too quickly.Her mind immediately flashed back to last night.

The masked man. And That kiss.Her face instantly turned red.

Why is he so close…?Is he about to...

But Ciel didn't touch her.His hand moved past her shoulder.Close enough for her to feel the warmth of his breath.

The seatbelt locked into place across her.Ciel straightened again as if nothing had happened.The moment ended quietly.Scarlet sat there stiffly.Her ears burned with embarrassment.She screamed internally " what have I thought just now

Oh devil pick me"

She spoke quickly to hide her embarrassment."You could've just told me to do that."

Ciel looked at her flushed face.A small smile appeared on his lips.

"I asked what you forgot," he said calmly.

"You said you forgot nothing."

Scarlet pointed at him accusingly.

"You…!"

"You're so annoying."

She immediately turned her face toward the window.Outside the glass—Her reflection showed cheeks that were still red.Behind the steering wheel, Ciel finally began driving.But the faint smile on his face remained this time it was real.For a brief second—his eyes glanced toward her lips.Then he looked back at the road.Scarlet didn't notice.

But for some reason…Her lips suddenly felt warm again.After a moment of silence, Scarlet spoke again.

"Ciel."

He hummed softly while driving.

"Yes?"

"Play some music."

Without asking anything further, Ciel reached forward and turned on the music system.Soft music filled the car.Scarlet blinked in slight surprise.Usually he would tease her first before doing anything she asked.

Why did he listen so easily today…?

She quickly looked out the window to avoid thinking too much.The real reason she wanted music was simple.Her stomach was growling Loudly.She hadn't eaten anything since morning, and she absolutely refused to embarrass herself in front of him.The music helped cover the sound.

Five minutes later—

Ciel suddenly slowed the car and pulled over.The engine stopped.Scarlet turned toward him.

"Why did you stop?"

Ciel unbuckled his seatbelt.He opened the door slightly.

"I'll be back."

Scarlet frowned."Where are you going?"

Ciel paused and looked at her with a teasing expression.

"What?"

"Already missing me?"

"I haven't even stepped out yet."

Scarlet's face instantly turned red."Get the hell out of the car!"

Ciel chuckled softly and stepped outside.A few minutes later he returned.In his hand was a small breakfast box and a drink.He placed them in Scarlet's hands.She blinked in surprise.

"You were… buying this?"

Ciel simply started the car again.Scarlet quietly opened the box and began eating.After a few bites she mumbled softly—

"…Thank you."

Ciel didn't respond.But the faint smile at the corner of his lips said enough.The car continued moving down the road.
