Mesa reached out and grabbed Leo's hand. "Okay, Let's go stop this guy." Belle said. They jumped across the remaining cars and continued to Evercall village. "So, what did Apollo tell you?" Belle asks. "He said him and Leo used to be friends and Leo told him he was gonna steal the treasure." "Well, don't know if you knew this but Leo DOESN'T TALK. How can he tell him anything?" "I see that now. I'm sorry. I just wanted to protect my village. I didn't know." "It's okay now. We're here to help." "Who are you two, anyway?" "We're the freedom fighters >:)"  "That sounds like a group, where are your other members?" Leo giggles to himself. "Uh, about that. It's just us right now..." "Well, I'm sure you'll get more members soon." 

"My dad did some research on your village and he said you were part of the royal family but not really?" "Well it's kind of a long story.." "We have time to spare." "Well, it started 2 years ago when I was 16 and my brother was 19. I was always the favorite child and my brother was jealous. He started a fight with me, I didn't want to  fight him though, he was my family. But he didn't care. He picked a fight with me, I couldn't just sit there and take it. So i fought back, and I beat him up. My mom came running and saw me standing over him, she immediately thought it was all my fault. He told her I was the one who started it. She brought me in front of my father, He believed me to some degree, but it wasn't enough. They banished me from the castle and the royal family. I've been living with my aunt ever since." "Wow, Mesa... I'm sorry." "It's alright." "You still want to save the people who turned their back on you?" "You shouldn't pick and choose who gets to be saved and I can't let my family die. No matter what they've done to me." Leo stopped smiling and clenched his fist. After a while. They made it. 

"Where is he?" Belle asked. "I don't know let me ask around." Mesa replied. "Hey, Ma'am have you seen a man with a red jacket on?" "Yes, he went up towards the castle." "Oh no, that's where the treasure chamber is. Let's go!"  The trio ran off towards the castle and on the way up the stairs *BOOM* "AHAHAHAHA! NO ONE CAN STOP ME NOW!" Apollo laughed maniacally. "What is that? A suit?" Belle asked shocked. Apollo looked down and say the three and an evil grin formed on his face. He shot off towards Leo, grabbing him and taking him away. "LEO!" Belle called out. "It'll be ok. He's fine. Leo's strong. We need to get to the castle to see if my family is okay!"

The two stormed up the stairs, and busted the door down. Inside, Mesa's family were all tied up. "Oh my god, is everyone okay?" Mesa called out. "Mesa? Leave this place. You're not welcome here, you know that." His mom replied. "I don't care I'm gonna save yo-" before he could even finish his sentence, he was met with a jet powered kick to the head. Mesa was sent flying towards the wall, leaving Belle alone with the attacker. "What the.." "We meet again, little girl." "No... Cyrene?!" "It was an embarrassment losing to you. That won't happen again. This time I'm gonna kill yo-" Before she could finish the sentence she is met with a powerful punch sending her sliding across the room. "HOW DO YOU LIKE IT?" "Mesa! You're okay!" "It's gonna take more than a kick to put me down." Cyrene gets up and looks at the two. "Impressive, but it doesn't matter." Cyrene's suit starts lighting up red and rocket boosters come out of her shoes? She shoots off and kicks mesa in the face, Mesa not falling, grabs her by the leg and throws her against a wall, She knows taking Mesa 1 on 1 won't go well so she targets Belle. She shoots off towards Belle, getting high in the air and another rocket booster activates on her leg making her slam down with an amazingly huge attack, Belle has no way of dodging! She's gonna- *WHAM* Mesa jumped in the way, taking the attack head on. "Mesa!" Belle yells out. "Foolish idiot. Now you're gonna die." "Get... Out of here... belle..." Mesa stumbles to say. "I'm not leaving you here!" "Even if you tried to run. You wouldn't get far." Cyrene says as she kicks Belle in the stomach slamming her against the wall. Cyrene walks past Mesa laying on the ground. She lifts up her leg and starts  charging the booster. "No invention is getting you out of this one." She's about to do it when...

"*Huff* *Puff*" She turns around to see Mesa standing up, bleeding from his head. "Get away from her." "What are you gonna do?  You're barely alive." "Mesa! I have an Idea! Hold her still!" "yeah, now I know what you want to do now. It's not gonna work" Cyrene said smugly. "Let's test that theory." Mesa said with a confident smirk. He charged at her, throwing a punch and hit her in the side. She kicked back but he dodged it, they went back and forth for a second while Belle discreetly pulled out a more advanced gauntlet glove. Cyrene and Mesa threw attacks at the same time but Mesa went past her. "Huh..?" He turned around and grabbed her, he put his arm's under hers and held her where she can't move. "What?! How? Unhand me!" Cyrene called out. Mesa smirked and faced her towards Belle. Belle extended her arm out and pointed it at Cyrene. It began charging up... "Stop it! Let me go!" Cyrene begged. It was almost done charging, Belle looked her dead in the face and said "How's this for a good fight." And shot off a huge laser beam hitting Cyrene directly. The force was so strong it knocked Belle over and knocked Mesa to the ground. They stood up and when the smoke cleared Cyrene was unconscious on the floor. Mesa reached down and took out the treasure that was powering her suit and he untied his family. 

His mom stood up and asked "Why would you save us... After how we've treated you?" "Because. It's the right thing to do. It doesn't matter what you've done to me. Anyway, Belle we need to find Leo."
