Hi, it's Teleria!

I hope you've enjoyed reading The Lazenbys so far!

So what now?

Some of you may know that I write novels and draw comics...

And that I made a promise to the readers of my comics that I would come back in May...

And that I try to fulfill my promises at all times...

So, that's what I'll be doing for the next few months.

I'm extremely sorry!

But, here's what I am planning for The Lazenbys.

By the end of 2026, I will give this novel a light-touch edit, and add some illustrations.

This will set us up for 2027, when I will wrap up the rest of the episodes.

The novel you are reading is technically Part 1 of the overall story, or a section that I like to call "Elliott by the Wharf". I plan to finish it within a total of 50 episodes. And then... (I can't say!)

So it's bye for now, and let's meet back here soon!

UPDATE June 2, 2026:

Hi everyone!
The Lazenbys has gone through a soft edit!
Don't worry, it's not a Mandela effect -
Some things will definitely be different than you remember!

And now that I've done it, I can really say...
That first draft was ROUGH. Sorry you had to see that!
I will try my very best to leave the story alone now.

Things that have changed:
- Sailor's voice. Wow did I struggle mightily with this. After all this writing, I realized that she is both more princess-like and less princess-like than I imagined. I hope her voice is coming through more clearly now.
- Continuity issues. Amelia, why can't I remember anything about you??
- A lot of paragraph spacing was adjusted, like it matters.

Next, I'll tackle the illustrations! Look for those to come in late 2026.
