Stocked up on some food today. Kaela is upset with me for stealing, but last I checked we still need to eat and we’re both broke so I don’t know what she wants me to do. I guess I’ll take the bike tomorrow and try to find some courier jobs if it makes her happy, but that’s not gonna be enough to live on…

I was wanting to go back downtown to find Robyn, but Kaela convinced me to help her out instead. She’s trying to scry out what exactly the knights are up to, and why they’re suddenly so much more aggressive. We were at it for hours, but the Shadow was completely clouded… someone is stirring up trouble at Star Lake. Kaela wouldn’t give up though, eventually I had to threaten to take away her amulet if she didn’t go eat something. I was worried she’d pass out.

I don’t like it, this is just what it was like back in ‘91 before everything went south.
