Across the lobby-

Tua

Mark

Ohm.

Arnold's eyes narrowed slightly.

''...Why he is here?'' he muttered under his breath.

Ohm.

The loud one.

The one he had barely seen around Tua before.

They're not close...right?

But the scene in front of him said otherwise 

Two of them were clearly drunk.

Tua-

barely standing straight.

Ohm-

completely out of control.

And in the middle-

Mark.

Trying.

Failing slightly.

Still holding it together.

''I regret everything,'' Mark muttered under this breath as Ohm leaned heavily on him.

''BRO I'M FINE!'' Ohm declared loudly.

''You're litreally falling.''

''I AM GRAVITY FRIENDLY.''

Tua suddenly turned slightly.

''...Mark..Why is the floor moving?''

''It's not moving.''

''It's aggressive.''

Mark closed his eyes for a second.

''...Just get in the elecator.''

And that's when everything went wrong.

Ohm stepped in first-

immediately lost balance.

''WHO TURNED OFF MY LEGS-''

Tua followed right after-

unstable, laughing softly like everything was funny.

Then-

He saw him.

Arnold

Tua blinked slowly.

''...oh.''

Before anyone could react-

Tua walked straight into him.

Arnold caught him instantly.

Firm grip.

One land locking around Tua's waist to stop him from falling.

''Careful,'' Arnold said clamly.

Tua looked up at him.

Completely drunk 

''..Wow,'' Tua said slowly. ''You're...real tall.''

Mark immediately stepped forward.

Arnold didn't even look at him.

''It's Fine.''

His hand stayed on Tua's waist.

Steady 

Controlled.

Mark hesitated.

Ohm, meanwhile, was now clinging to Mark like a backpack.

''I LOVE YOU BROTHER,'' Ohm declared.

''I AM NOT YOUR BROTHER.''

''EMOTIONAL FAMILY THEN.''

Mark looked like he was questioning his life choices.

Arnold finally looked at Mark.

''What's your name?''

Mark blinked.

''..Mark.''

Arnold nodded slightly.

Floor number changing.

Tension rising.

Mark reached out toward Tua.

''...I should take him-''

Arnold interrupted calmly.

''I can take him to your room.''

Mark froze

''..Are you sure?''

He was clearly overwhelmed.

Ohm was still attached to Mark like a second identity.

Tua was barely standing.

After a pause-

Mark nodded.

''Okay. please.''

The doors opened.

Floor 40

Arnold guided Tua out carefully.

Still holding him firmly at the waist so he wouldn't fall.

Tua titled his head slightly

''...Your hand is warm.''

Arnold didn't respond.

Tua squinted his chest

''...WOW..it's soft too.''

A pause.

Arnols smirked 

Almost smiled.

''...You're drunk,'' he said.

''I'm observant,'' Tua replied proudly.

Behind them-

Mark was still struggling with Ohm.

''STOP SINGING.''

''I AM THE SONG.''

Mark looked at Arnold.

''I believe you.''

Finally-

they reached the room.

Marl opened the door.

Arnold hepled place Tua carefully on the bed.

Ohm collapsed on the other side of the room immediately.

''I WIN LIFE,'' Ohm whispered before passing out.

Mark exhaled deeply.

''Thank you,'' he said to Arnold.

Arnold adjusted his sleeve slightly.

''He'II be fine?''

Mark nodded.

''Yeah just extremely clumsy.''

A pause.

Arnold looked at Tua once more.

Sleeping now.

Clamer.

''He talks a lot when he's drunk,'' Arnold said quietly.

Mark blinked.

''...You've met him drunk before?''

Arnold didn't answer that.

Just turned slightly toward the door.

''Good night.''

And left.

Mark stood there for a second.

Then looked at Tua and Ohm.

''What kind of people did I become friends with,'' he muttered.
