So this is really 50/50 xD Some people seem to approve of this while others dislike Momo now for exploiting Kuro's phobia...and think he's acting like a bad guy now. Perhaps, but he had to endure a lot and right now he finally feels like he's 'on top' and in control. Nomatter how mean it might be, he feels like he's getting justice, and well, he enjoys it >.> (I promise lots of cuddles and fluff later on for everyone who feels bad for Kuro xD)

Kuro exploited a vulnerability (ignorance) that he knew about. Momo is exploiting a vulnerability that Kuro has (arachnophobia) that he knows about. I am having a hard time condoning either of their actions. But, Kuro made Momo do something borderline illegal... and there's no way for Momo to be made whole from it. No matter what Kuro does, he can't fix the damage to Momo that he did. No matter what Momo does, he can't create the long-term consequences for Kuro that he's going to suffer. I just don't know where the balance of equities lies... but I do know that a judge would tell them to stop associating with each other to prevent escalation of the feud.
