One night later, the nun–the same person who treated Jack like trash–will soon meet her demise… How unfortunate of her to not know what’s coming for her as Jack waits for all of the other nuns and children to sleep.
After he tucks Johnny to sleep on the second bed in their dorm, Jack quietly walks out to the upper floor where the nuns are sleeping in each of their own rooms. The children have already gone to sleep as well. His footsteps were barely heard as the door quietly creaked open. He tip-toed towards the nun sleeping in her bed, the same nun who threw him onto the wooden floor of his dorm. Slowly raising his knife, he then SLASHED her throat, crimson spewing everywhere. Especially onto his face.
For some reason, Jack felt satisfied when he did that. He remembered the time that she’d laugh at his face. Whenever he needed an adult the most, the few other children would just mock his existence. Hell, even some adults would ignore it or treat his suffering like comedy.
Jack quickly shook his head and decided to leave her corpse alone on her bed, holding the knife in his hand before waking up Johnny.
“Psst, Johnny. Pack your things.” He softly said, shaking the younger boy’s shoulders until he opened his eyes.
“Huh…?” Johnny murmured, stretching his arms before sitting up.
In front of the little boy, Jack grabbed his backpack and started to pack Johnny’s color pencils, pajamas for himself and Johnny, and some savings. He then grabs his small hand and dragged him along, quietly walking down the hallways to the stairs, to the very bottom floor, and went straight to the back where the exit is. Johnny didn’t know what was really going on, all he knows is that he and Jack are running away from the orphanage together.
Past the trees, managing to not trip over a stick or rock, Jack and Johnny were quick as they could to not get caught in the middle of the woods.
“Where are we going–?!” Johnny exclaimed before a thunderstorm interrupted him, tightly holding onto Jack’s hand.
“Home. We’re going home.” Jack responds calmly.
Upon them is an abandoned farm house that could fit a family. Drip, drop, the rain keeps going down during the night. But the thunder sounded louder than before. Opening the creaky door, Jack and Johnny were soaking wet as they headed inside the farm house.
Somewhere in the woods, there is a farm house that is said to have a "killer in the choir uniform." Darwin, a curious boy, yearns for the answers of whoever is behind the disappearances in his hometown. Only to discover that there is something far deeper than he thinks...
