A strange occurrence lurks down the night streets of Atlantic City: a homeless man was stabbed while trying to kill a child, along with a lady whose breasts were ripped apart for pleasure; however, the wind blew down the tall oil lamp, flicking in the gust of air as it flickered faster.

BAM!

The lamp broke down; laughter alerts the wind to stop blowing, leading an invisible figure, stomping down the streets and whistling. The airy night echoes to the houses as the people sleep, picturing their lustful and greedy dreams to move away, but the figure walks down the road, seeing a fat man with no chin holding a giant uncooked pork belly. As he is about to enter back into his butchery, the invisible man follows the butcher as he enters the store; the fat man slams his pork belly, and the glass falls down the counters. He cursed, following the glass after it shattered down, picking up the pieces one by one.

"Why so stupid?" Spoke the Invisible Man.

The butcher gasps, hearing the Invisible Man's voice, as he steps back from the glass and feels his spine chill. The butcher's heart beats fast like a railway; the invisible man grabs the butcher's right shoulder. The butcher turns around, sees nothing but his own shop of meats and bottles, as his heart continues to pump. Sweating, tears fell down his cheeks, and then he took a deep breath and continued to clean the glass, as though this were just an imagination.

The glass was picked up from the ground as the butcher saw it, handed over, and said, "Thank you" to the invisible man.

The butcher jumped off the floor and screamed.

"I am going crazy!" The Invisible Man cried.

He grabbed the butcher's head, crushing his eyes, bleeding down to his cheeks, mixing his tears with blood, and heard the scream of the butcher. As the Invisible Man chuckles, the life and death of mankind are never news to everyone.

"People die every day. People are born alive every day; I feel like they are just a gem, my friend," the Invisible Man chuckles. The bleeding of the butcher's body whimpers for mercy and falls down to the ground and hits his bloody head on the broken glass. The wood floor creaks, and the sound of blood spilling makes the Invisible Man laugh.

At night, for a walk, Gorham sees nothing but the streets, living like there is no tomorrow, as he views the buildings with no lights; only the lamps brighten, but there is one lamp flickering like the blood drops of the invisible man exiting the butcher shop. Gorham follows the man, but as the invisible man sees Gorham, he is being chased, running down to the park, and as he enters the lake near the bushes, he stops at a rock where it is next to the lake and sees his reflection that is nothing but an invisible man's. He then has tears down his cheeks, but he cannot see them but can feel them.

Gorham walks towards the invisible man, and as his special eyes see the monster, he also sees the invisible man, who is named Griffin.

Griffin, a brilliant but paranoid medical student, abandons his university to pursue a breakthrough in optical density alone, fearing his professor might steal his ideas. To fund his research, he steals from his father—an act that leads to his father's suicide—and eventually develops a formula to render himself invisible. After a frantic transformation to escape a suspicious landlord, Griffin burns down his apartment and flees to London, only to find that invisibility brings isolation and misery rather than power.

Seeking a way to reverse the process, he hides at an inn in Iping, disguised in bandages and goggles. However, his volatile temper and lack of funds lead to a series of crimes that reveal his secret to the suspicious locals. Driven to madness, Griffin attempts to recruit an old schoolmate, Dr. Kemp, to help him establish a "reign of terror." Instead, Kemp betrays him to the authorities. The story reaches a violent end in Port Burdock, where an angry mob corners and beats Griffin to death. Only in the final moments of his life does his body become visible again, revealing the tragic, broken man beneath the science.

"I see, Griffin. You killed this man. Is killing a new thing now?" Gorham asked.

The invisible man turned to Gorham, looking at the mysterious man. The shivers down his spine, the chilling skin he has, seeing the monster doll.

"I believe that life is just nothing but the same old; I had a goal, but failed," mumbled Griffin.

"Griffin, things have got to go. Walk with me, my good friend." Gorham said.

Griffin followed Gorham, walking to the woods, where the animals are sleeping and the crickets chirp. Gorham stared up at the sky, the stars blocked by the oak trees, as it beamed light, like there were millions of people in heaven.

Griffin's head turned up; the stars made him cry. Science was his life until his failure made him a monster.

"Giving up in life is not optional?" asked Griffin.

"Life is optional; you can die whenever you want," Gorham sighed with grief.

"I know many people take their own lives just because life will get tougher and tougher, but you have a purpose but failed. Make that failure a lesson," Gorham continued.

Griffin continued to watch the stars, then wings appeared on his back as it is glowing; the only things that are not invisible. Griffin sees nothing on his back, but then he looks at the stars one last time. Flying too close, the wings flew up to the stars. Griffin laughs at the many stars, coming too close; he is about to touch them, burning his hands. The wings do not burn from the stars; on the other hand, Griffin smiles, even though he cannot see it but feels it.

Gorham gazes at the wings until they turn into ashes. Griffin feels death is here as he sees his arms moving, touching the burning stars. His face glows, and his eyes become clearer than before, and his heart beats for one second.

WHOOSH.

The wings changed from white feathers into white petals. Gorham stares at this "destruction" as he stops his wandering and continues to walk around the woods.

Not only did Griffin kill the butcher, but he also killed many people in his life as The Invisible Man. From babies to women, Griffin is just a man who thinks failure is life.

"My story, for the long series of cases from 1899 to 1921, is completed. I know if Dola were here, she should solve it by now, but not the Monster Police; they suck." Gorham said.

Meanwhile, at night, at Oxin's office, the drawers of books, written by Gorham, as Dola reads about the Invisible Man's last visit with the Monster Police, describe them as six fugitives who are chased by the police for a series of murder and rape cases, mostly involving children.

They burn the children's arms with numbers.

They pull the hair of children to make them bald.

THEY EAT THE CHILDREN TO MAKE THE POPULATION DECREASE.

"MONSTER POLICE EAT CHILDREN!?!" Dola gasped, but this cannot be; she sees the monsters in their normal forms with monster instincts, but as she continues to read, Gorham enters the room and tiptoes to Dola as he silently watches the girl read all the descriptions, features, and history. Dola listens to Gorham's heartbeat, turns around, and sees the doll as he stares at her.

"This is just the beginning of my hardest case, I see?" Dola guessed. Then something skips a beat in her heart; a flash from her eyes alerts her, questioning, "Is this just a seizure?" A very special seizure? She guessed for the GAME. Gorham grabs the book, and as he said, "You are not in a dream; there are people that see them in two different forms." Criminals and monsters. Theo knows them, but in their criminal form. I did ask Griffin about the criminals, as he did meet one of them, the one named Neath Thane.

Dola gasped.

The history of the criminals, also known as the Great Griffens, is that they are criminals on the run from the murders of many children, as they are also a cult hiding from the police. Some people may say that the crimes left the country to change their features, but how are they monsters? THEY DON'T!!!

People's eyes have different visions and ears; think of the Yanny or Laurel, the auditory illusion in May 2018. This phenomenon involves a brief audio clip of speech that can be interpreted as either of two words. In a Twitter poll conducted with over 500,000 participants, 53 percent indicated they heard a male voice saying "Laurel," whereas 47 percent claimed to hear the name "Yanny."

As Dola knows, there is research on people's hearing and eyesight that are ten times different according to polls, just like the vision of color blindness and the hearing of "voices."

Dola did not know about this case, as she never learned about it. The 1920s were not recognized in science and trends: the roaring twenties, World War I, and movies that would soon be lost media.

Gotham walks off the office as he alerts Dola, "You need to have your own notebook; this is very important to research these monsters." This book can be published by Theo's brother, Symon, and he will do it as soon as he comes back."

"I know; I want this to be known so that the world needs to hear about this crazy story." Dola was haunted by this surprise.
