The Kissing Bandit

Jul 30, 2026

A year ago all four corners of Alfheimr learned about the upcoming wedding between Nabar and Merda. The couple had finally decided to get married on the one hundredth anniversary of their relationship. The relationship between the two was considered a record-breaker since most couples often wed after only several months of courtship. Some even wed immediately after professing their love to each other.

Everyone was wondering why it had taken this long for the two to get married since they looked perfect for each other. Nabar was also so in love with Merda. But Merda’s true feelings were revealed when on the day of the wedding, she eloped with a merman, causing chaos in the ceremony and total humiliation to Nabar. To make matters worse, Merda married the merman before the time of her supposed wedding to Nabar.

Nabar was devastated and heartbroken. He also became the butt of jokes behind his back. He was after all one of the best warriors in Alfheimr, yet his woman had not just turned her back on him, she had also quickly replaced him in her heart.

After Merda’s actions, it became clear that she never really loved Nabar but only agreed to have a relationship with him because of his great reputation as a warrior. But the moment she met the man she really wanted, she turned her back on Nabar and followed her heart.

When Saggar was informed that Nabar had secretly gone to the human world, he became worried. At first he thought, Nabar was going to vent his anger and humiliation among the weak humans. Some Sidhs had done such actions before in the past. They had gone into a rampage and hurt and killed humans that crossed their paths.

Time moved much faster in the human world so, despite immediately following Nabar, two weeks had already passed when Saggar finally stepped into Montreal. He also discovered that Nabar’s true purpose for going to the human world was to find himself a suitable bride.

Since Nabar bent their rules regarding the interactions between Sidhs and humans, Saggar began preparation for his trial the moment they returned to Alfheimr.

The news of Nabar’s upcoming trial quickly reached the four corners of Alfheimr. Nabar’s prowess as a fighter was known all throughout Alfheimr and since the incident in his wedding was still being talked about, everyone became interested in watching and attending the trial.

Saggar was already expecting such attention from the public, but he was surprised when representatives from the Southern, Northern and Western Realms were sent to watch the trial. The last time this happened was when he sentenced Cemre, the murderous nymph who killed two thousand and five hundred humans.

In order to make sure that there was enough space for the audience during the trial, he decided to set the Nabar Trial on Aengus Beach, the largest beach in the Eastern Realm. The venue would be easily accessible by land, water, and air. Every race of Alfheimr would have no problem getting into the venue.

He made sure that the stage that would also serve as a court would be built half in the water and the other half on the sand. Trials in the Eastern Realm were simple. The victims would face the accused and they would tell their side of the stories. Saggar being the king of the Eastern Realm would preside and give judgment to the accused, it was important for him to extract more information from the two sides while hearing their stories to be able to give a fair judgment in every case.

Because the preparation for Nabar’s trial took some time, Olivia and Emma’s body had completely transformed. Sitting on the chair where he would proclaim his judgment after the trial, Saggar was already expecting such transformations on the two women. But he was taken aback when he saw that Sheila had also completed her transformation!

He signaled Mane to come near him. He had assigned Mane to take care of the three women. He was also serving as their chaperone for this trial.

The victims were positioned on the right side of the stage while Nabar, who for some reason still remained in his Zorro costume, was on the left side.

“What happened to Sheila? The changes in her body were just starting when she got rescued. The antidote would have worked on her, and you could have helped her remain human. Although the scales on her feet would remain, those could be hidden by shoes and socks and she could then be sent back to the world of the humans.”

“That is exactly what I told her when I offered her the antidote. I also explained to her what will happen to her if she didn’t take the antidote. I even swore to her that she will remain human and could immediately go back to the human world once Nabar’s trial is over.”

“Did she refuse to take the antidote?” Saggar inquired.

Mane nodded.

“Did she see what happened to Olivia and Emma?”

Mane again nodded.

“I suspect that the reason she refused to take the antidote was because she saw Olivia and Emma’s complete transformation into a Sidh.”

Saggar was beginning to have a bad feeling. He glanced at Nabar. It seemed the man had a complete plan laid out before setting into the human world as the Kissing Bandit. He was really determined to find a bride for himself.

“Sheila also talked a lot with Olivia and Emma,” Mane commented.

Saggar motioned Mane to go back to the side of the three women. He then faced the spectators.

“Nabar’s trial will now begin. Everyone watching this trial today knows who Nabar is, but he remains a mystery to his victims. The first part of the trial will give Nabar a chance to talk and plea his case. Remember that I have already found him guilty. This trial is about the kind of punishment he will receive.” He motioned Nabar to stand in the middle of the stage.

He noticed the eyes of the three women bore down on Nabar. They were studying him. Judging him. Nabar began talking, introducing himself and telling his story and the pain and humiliation he suffered from Merda’s betrayal.

“Because of the heartbreak I suffered, I swore that if I am going to give my heart and love again to any woman, she would be worthy. A woman who will not betray me and accept me for who I am. But a woman like that does not exist in Alfheimr. After Merda had turned her back on me and replaced me with another man, no woman in this world would ever look at me and think that I am worthy to be her husband. They will all think that something is wrong with me. That becoming my bride would bring them ridicule. So, I decided to find my bride in the world of the humans.”

“You keep saying bride. Do you only plan to marry, love and protect one of your victims?” Saggar clarified.

“I devoted my heart, my life, and my strength to one woman before. But despite everything I did for her she chose to elope with a merman she had just met!” blurted Nabar. “I picked three women who have the quality to be faithful to a man who would devote their life to them.”

“Why choose three women?” Saggar asked.

Nabar’s face reddened.

“So that I would have at least three chances of finding a wife. I am hoping that at least one of them would agree to become my wife.”

Saggar’s left brow rose in irritation.

“It’s about time that you show your true self, Nabar!” he ordered the defendant.

Nabar nodded then slowly turned toward Olivia, Emma and Sheila.

He took of his black hat. It was soon followed by the mask on his eyes. Saggar glanced at the three women. All three were looking intently at Nabar. Nabar’s face could never be described as ugly. He was a handsome being. From his long green hair that reached down to his waist to his clear green eyes. He had a straight nose and perfectly chiseled jaws. Human women would swoon and become smitten with a face like that of Nabar’s.

But Nabar wasn’t finished. He started taking off all of his costume! Saggar touched his forehead. Nabar was planning to seduce the women during the trial! He was hoping to impress the women so, that his punishment wouldn’t be too severe.

As Nabar stood there naked, he heard sighs and approval from the crowd. His sharp ears also heard the same vocal reactions from the three women! Nabar’s body was perfectly sculptured and his manhood would definitely impress any woman.

“Show them your true form, Nabar!” Saggar roared to be heard above from all the sighs, appreciations and comments coming from the audience, specially the females.
