The Trio Odyssey

Part I: Soul to Soul

Chapter 10: The Founding Father of the Ivada Federation, Movre Dais

Within a different hall than the Ceremonial Hall in Heto Palace, the Accord Hall, it has the unique architecture of six daises on the front end.

Lord Steward, Valei, delivers a reading while standing in the middle of the six daises in front of the crowd of the Royalty Gatherings of the Ivada Federation, who gathered in lines of seats within the hall.

The read is about a history replay directly from a text of neatly written scripture, and is officially used for this massive and prominent event.

“1,805 Julaerar Years ago, the genesis of the Ivada Federation was first carved into the global history of Nulhym.”

Raeké murmurs enthusiastically as she listens, passionately eyeing Lord Steward reading the scripture.

‘This nation sure is very old and expansive~~~’

Lord Steward resumes his readings.

“Founded by His Majesty, Movre Dais, the 1st Sovereign of the Ivada Federation.”

“On the 31st of Eradisiae, 11,168MJ, He initially united three main continents for the central region to rule as one impregnable nation; Monaziad the North, Dotem the East, Dumaja the West.”

“As preserved in the Annals by the Chroniclers Recordings.”

Raeké recalls a piece of history she used to learn with Professor Tacha when she browsed through the Royal Library within the Heto Palace, losing in her own wonders about it.

‘Whoa—!’

‘The Chroniclers Recordings is no ordinary independent body who recorded the general, global history of Nulhym, or in other words, the Annals,’

‘but they also stored and kept the Annals in the Annals Library in Jinmajin, the Revered Land of the Ancient Times, for nearly twelve millenia!’

‘12… Millenia… 12,000 Julaerar Years… That’s like… They went through a lot! Professor Tacha used to say that Chronicler Recordings was found by Lijijin in Jinmajin around 50 years after the Occult War!’

Back to Lord Steward’s mouthing of the script.

“Till this very day, we celebrate the formation of the Ivada Federation on the 31st of Eradisiae every five years to continue His legacy.”

“The history of the Ivada Federation is no mere history. It is a formation of the Federation, an empire tier nation that rivalizes both the Cazdae Empire and the Semigon Republic.”

“Knowing the history solely will never be enough to—”

The Reigning King of Monaziad the North, Yuos Nan Taghar, interrupts Lord Steward’s speech out of the blue.

“Nonetheless, we must not forget that no matter how grand the accomplishments of His Majesty, Movre Dais, were, He was also a Royal Exile that fled from the Ancient Eastern Kingdoms.”

Then, there came the chatters and a few shocked people gasping within the gathering, commenting many things about His Majesty, Yuos, although it’s faintly heard.

“Doesn’t He even value His own history?”

“His Majesty, Yuos, is still a Reigning King! Don’t belittle Him.”

The chatters get louder each time, while Raeké mutters about something unusual within Lord Steward's speeches.

‘The Semigon Republic?’

A piece of her remembrance flickers into her mind the second she thinks about the Semigon Republic, smashing her side fist onto the palm of her other hand and murmuring.

‘Oh yeah! That country is pretty big, even as a Republic.’

However, His Majesty, Yuos, stands up and feeds a straight up word of decree from his tongue to all of the attendees of the event inside the hall.

“Silence.”

“His Majesty, Movre Dais, has drifted away no more than due to destiny, written as The Victim of Treachery.”

“If he had not fled from the Ancient Eastern Kingdoms and rested under the Ivade tree, which gave us the very name of the Ivada Federation, who would have ever thought that We shall exist, standing and living today?”

The Reigning King of Tolem the East, Calval Nan Iamna, answers to the critiques of His Majesty, Yuos, curling his arms inward, subtly taking his lips upward and closing His eyes.

“That’s rude to put it that way, Your Majesty, Yuos.”

The Representative of Harda the City Reserve, Zihro Nan Souht, raises his hand, stating his words out to His Majesty, Yuos, giving a relaxed, side gaze and a tiny grin.

“I agree.”

Then, the Accord Hall is once more, filled with the noises of the chatters, reacting to the words of the Kings on the daises.

Raeké mumbles about His Majesty, Yuos.

‘His Majesty, Yuos Nan Taghar… the father of one of my aunties, Hannorah Nanse Yuos.’

Raeké snorts silently by a single fact that suddenly passes by her mind, murmuring about it.

‘Well, Dad is polygamous.’

His Majesty, Yuos, grips his hands tightly, wearing a face of frustration.

Then, the Reigning King of Galaa’ the Isthmus intervenes in the middle of the noises.

“Very well, very well! Let’s resume with the Accord reading, shall we?”

Afterward, the noises inside the hall quieten, respecting the Accord reading session.

Lord Steward places the scripture on a salver held by a Salver Holder.

Right after that, Lord Steward takes a different scripture, proceeding with the Accord reading with an unhurried tone.

“The Accord XVII:”

“the harmony within the Ivada Federation, in accord with all of the States; Monaziad the North, Dotem the East, Tolem the South, Dumaja the West, Galaa’ the Isthmus, Harda the City Reserve,”

“shall be preserved within the Orb of Concord as its sign of the coalition for every five years.”

Raeké goes blank for a second. Then, she realizes about the Orb of Concord’s involvement within the Accord reading, muttering her thoughts.

‘Oh—! Lord Steward means that orb back in the Banquet Hall!’

Then, Lord Steward continues the Accord reading on his arms, voicing out calmly and loudly.

“Since the founding of Harda the City Reserve by the 73rd Sovereign of the Ivada Federation, Kirasat Nan Firset, the chain of succession has expanded to the Reigning King of Harda the City Reserve across the Royals, albeit an underdeveloped one.”

“Shall the Reigning King of Harda the City Reserve exist, none shall claim it if the next Orb of Concord fails to be lightened.”

“Thus accorded under the reign of the passing, His Majesty, Kirasat Nan Firset, the Accord and its addendums, preserved.”

Lord Steward places the scripture of the Accord XVII onto the salver and takes his stance slowly. Once he reaches a certain position between the six daises, he shouts the motto of the Ivada Federation.

“Oneness Is Absolute Power!”

Again, the rest of the attendees of the event get up full of spirit, chaining after Lord Steward’s motto warcry.

“Oneness Is Absolute Power!”

The Salver Holder departs while Lord Steward stays there, awaiting the arrival of a new show.

A few minutes after that, Lord Steward announces the new event within the Royalty Gatherings of the Ivada Federation.

“Let the memorial event commence.”

Just when Raeké’s arms are shaking in excitement and her petite voice of rejoice raised a little higher, her head is struck by an intense burst of headache, passing out suddenly.

She falls onto the floor in front of her seat, bumping her forehead onto it strongly.

The last thing she heard was the gasps of the other attendees of the event who witnessed her faint and the loud, vague voices of men in charge of taking care of the event.

“Your Highness! Your Highness!”

“She had fallen unconscious, call the guards!”

“Guards!”

All she perceives after that are her dreams she can’t even remember behind the curtain of darkness.

The voice of her mother gets into her ears.

“How is She?”

Raeké begins to lift her eyelids gradually, blinking and seeing the ceiling.

Subsequently, her ears caught a voice of a person she knew, a man who serves as one of the best in the Royal Household and he is also the closest and favorite physician to her: Physician Dohret.

“Her Highness, Raeké, is physically well now, Ma’am.”

Raeké’s eyes move around, noticing that she’s lying down on a sickbed inside the Infirmary.

Her lips move, letting out a few sounds of letters out weakly and it's barely heard.

“Mo—m…”

Her petite voice is heard by her mother otherwise.

After all of Raesha’s apprehensions, she rushes in to call her daughter as soon as she knows her daughter wakes up from the collapse.

“Baby!”

Her daughter curls her torso up from lying down. Then, Raesha jumps straight for a hug to her daughter warmly.

Her daughter asks Raesha feebly.

“Mom… what time is it?”

“It’s been an entire day since you passed out, honey. It’s nighttime now.”

Raesha loosen up her arms that has been wrapping around her daughter’s body closely and tightly.

The Physician tells the answer to the Princess more accurately.

“11MT, 1st of Kamathae.”

The Princess gives herself a little thought while narrowing her eyes.

‘It’s been December, eh…’

A few knocks come from outside of the room that the Princess has been hospitalized at.

The entrance is far and its door to the room is secluded. The Physician moves toward the door, welcoming the knocking person.

“Coming.”

The Physician opens the door and sees a knightly armored man holding a package, ready to be delivered to a specific receiver within the room.

The knight exchanges information with the Physician.

“Is this perhaps a gift? If so, from who?”

The knight answers while handing the package to the Physician.

“It’s not a gift, but a request, Master Dohret. The Sovereign’s General commanded this package to be sent to the Queen Consort.”

The Physician takes the package, stating his words of service.

“Understood.”

The knight salutes and then goes away from the room.

The Physician approaches the Queen Consort, updating about the package.

“A package, Ma’am.”

The Queen Consort faces the Physician, taking the delivered package in her hands.

“Heartfelt thanks.”

The Queen Consort unfolds the package bare, finding a cube box. While the Princess head is still dizzy, she’s inactively reacting to it.

She removes the lid of the cube box, noticing a bunch of pictures taken and speaking it out.

“These are… the images of the Gantae Equatorial Syzygy.”

A fleeting memory flashes in front of the Queen Consort’s head, reminding her about a few things back at the coast and mouthing regarding that matter.

“Sanaje Coast…”

The Queen Consort ponders her memories meticulously to recall things she might forget.

As the flashes of remembrance come, she murmurs the images briefly.

When she found the Occult Synthesis emitting knife back at the Sanaje Coast.

“That knife…”

And when her daughter was pointing toward the empty sky.

“Raeké’s behavior too…”

The Queen Consort gasps quietly, reacting to what she might have overlooked.

The figures on the coast tell her something that others don’t.

A soul from Earth, who has lost her life and past memories, wakes up trapped and transmigrated into the body of Raeké Issocelle Cazdae.

Raeké is a young, supercomplex princess, carrying the Royal blood of the Cazdae Empire and the Ivada Federation, though the soul merely carries that identity.

Those nations are two active, mega-nations; influential empires within their respective civilizations, rivaling one another in an exoplanet, Nulhym, during the nascent futuristic era.

Her dual birthright makes her the most contested prize in a cold war neither side intends to lose, Royals scheming and others’ wanting her erased entirely.

Her refusal to any agendas escalates the stakes of her survival in ways she can’t perceive and anticipate.

Now that learning about the world itself becomes a necessity rather than an option because it can outlast any empire.

As the world itself is vast, awaiting her odyssey and discovery, a realization clicks: it had long since lost its own balance power-wise.

However, the odyssey isn’t hers alone, but is shared with many of those who remain conscientious, forming an aligned goal, vowing to set off, discover, extrapolate and learn.

The deeper they go, the more they know how much of this world was deliberately buried to be unseen, forgotten and cornered to extinction.
