Ah, hoping he gets too much of his power back, kills a human, and then ends up annihilated? Seems like a fairly well thought out plan, humans are weak and can die from all sorts of injuries. If he were to hit someone in the chest at just the wrong moment he could stop their hearts. Learned that in Emt class that it happens to athletes who are otherwise healthy.
