There's been a huge surge in popularity/interest in Mugyo and Saju as the soft power of Korea expands, but until VERY recently, Mugyo has been portrayed as "burdensome but ultimately necessary for the good of many." Yet now I have 2 nickels (as the saying goes): this manhwa and the recent kdrama 'The East Palace' that have shown Mugyo in a distinctively negative light with no good traits or intentions in sight. I'm curious if this story will stick with the narrative of "Mugyo is bad; Sainthood is good/much better" or if the MC's perception of her previous life will change or mellow out? So curious! So fascinating!!
