At 3:00, Tenna gets in his sleek black limosine and buckles himself in. While it drives to the meeting, he taps his finger on the car door and straightens his tie.
A nervous habit.
He stops himself, forcing his hands to his sides. He's not nervous. He NEVER gets nervous. ...C'mon, Ant... Get it together, He thinks. You'll be fine. This isn't like... Don't think about that time. This time is different. He takes a shaky breath. This time is different. He rests his head on the edge of the car door, watching the buildings fly past, and zones out again...
He zones back in to a car door opening. HIS car door. They'd arrived. Why am I... Ah, the meeting. Right. He checks his watch, sees that it's 3:25 and his meeting is in five minutes, and hurries out of the car. After briefly examining the building's polished exterior, he pushes the door open and is instantly hit by the smell of gasoline. The building has a swanky interior, mostly furnished with red.
He then remembers that he's cutting it very, very close.
He hurries down the hallway, looking for the right door. He eventually finds that it's been right in front of him, labeled with a little plastic sign. He takes a breath... I'll do fine, he tells himself as he straightens his tie again. He pushes the door open...
...Nothing happens.
He groans as he realizes it's a pull door.
