Tara:

Named for the Hill of Tara after the Dragonfall nearly destroyed the world. The First Kings in the aftermath would meet there for it's cultural and historical significance. Today the country's inhabitants primarily speak a language that is a mix of the Gaelic languages. Ruled from behind the scenes by the Valco family. The eldest son tried – successfully, unfortunately – to rise to power by marrying 'Gwen Lovelace', who is the rightful ruler of the Manu Nation. This allowed him to exile his adopted brother, who is believed to be the return (through reincarnation) of the founder of Tara and is now currently residing in Kunten, searching for the surviving Okamichi.

South of Tara:

Surprisingly, this is the actual name of the country, of which Bryce is a part. Also known by it's largest city, London, which is famed for having been one of the few cities in the geographic region to have survived the Dragonfall. Out of superstition (is was prophesied that as long as the ravens remain at the Tower of London then the Crown and Country will not fall) and respect for the local ruler the first King Valco decided not to risk trying to conquer the area. Secretly ruled by Brian Moore. They speak an amalgam of Latinate languages.

Bryce:

An enormous province on Turtle Island and part of the country South of Tara. The land area of Bryce on Turtle Island is three-hundred thousand, five hundred and twenty-three square kilometres, about – roughly – ten-thousand of which is the Eastern coastline of Turtle Island. From the coast it curves up and inland to the North and South. They share the three largest lakes in the world with the Council of the Three Fires. This is where the events detailed in the following pages takes place.
