Species types
Fairy/Faery:
Being a Fairy/Faery is usually described as a set of abilities because it is. The abilities include being avatars for the planet and planar walkers (spatial and temporal), both of which allow for space to fold and/or overlap.
-
'Light' Fairies: This term is a description of any, or all of the following; their colouration, how much in the way bio-photons they emit, circadian rhythm.
-
'Dark' Fairies: As with Light Fairies it is a description of bio-photon emission (or lack thereof), appearance, circadian rhythm, with, additionally, whether or not they live underground where it's dark by surface standards. Interestingly, this is an example of how a Dark Fairy can also be a Light Fairy; they're from underground, or some other place that has very little light, but emit so much in the way of bio-photons that they glow.1
Fae/Fay:
When a lifeform dies and the consciousness parts from the body it will then – no mater how advanced, or 'primitive' – separate further part from the energy interface with it's former body. The consciousness, in this context, is the Spirit and the interface between Spirit and body is the Soul. The Spirit goes where it needs to and the Soul is returned to the land for a period of time in which the environment transforms it into a Fae/Fay. The Spirit goes where it needs to.
Dragons:
Warm-blooded, shapeshifting reptiles with anywhere from four to eight limbs and an ability to manipulate energy, including gravity. There are many species and many of them are not from Earth.
1Bio-photons are found to be produced by metabolic processes, such as brain activity and may play a role in cellular communication within the body.
