Liam gets shocked as he looks at the man standing in front of him. A shiver of chills runs down his back as he realises the man standing in front of him was no other than that handsome red-haired weirdo. The man was Boris. 

Liam in a nervous tone says “What do you want now? Why are you in front of my college?”

Boris looks at Liam who was looking like a lost puppy. He laughs and continues “Don’t answer my questions with questions. Tell me what made you laugh like that. Rabbit”

Liam gets annoyed by the persistence of the man in front of him. He annoyingly replies “Look, I’m not in the mood for jokes. I have plans, so I will be grateful if you could step aside.”

Boris gets a little troubled by Liam's tone and he says “It seems you are pretty busy yourself. Ok, I will keep it short. Do you know Alexander?”

Liam gets surprised and says “Yes, he is my history professor. But how do you know him? And why are you asking?”

A smirk appears on Boris’s face as he hears professor from Liam’s mouth. He continues “We have long shared history with each other. You can say practically, we know each other more than our parents. Just like …... leave it.”

“We know each other from our college days in Russia.” 

Liam didn’t understand Boris’s motive behind sudden appearance but he continued to play along. He says “Oh ok, I get it. But why are you asking me all this?”

Boris in a serious tone replies “Because you are his favourite student. Hahahahha. Oh ok, jokes apart, I’m here to warn you don’t get involved with that man. He is someone who is beyond your imagination. Hear my words.”

Liam gets more annoyed by the presence of that man. He wasn’t getting anything the man was bluffing about and to escape the situation he said “I get it. It’s my business. I will handle it my way. Keep your nose out of it. And please step away from my way.”

Boris gets angry at Liam's way of talking but tries to keep calm. He understands that Liam is not going to listen to him if he is going to ask him nicely.

Boris again says “I’m saying all of this because I have taken a liking in you. I don’t want you to suffer a similar fate as someone once close to me gone through, just because of the person we are talking about.”

“You know to get close to someone, we must do our research first.” Boris chuckles as he finishes his line.

Liam gets more and more confused over the words the man was spouting nonstop. But one thing he understands from the whole conversation was that Boris doesn’t like Alex in a way that he is pulling this whole stupid stunt in front of Liam just to suggest; it will be good if Liam will keep his distance from Alex and other thing which Liam get was Alex had secrets deep as ocean filled with only darkness.  

Liam pushes Boris away and tries to walk towards the bus stop. Boris sees that Liam is walking away without taking his words seriously. Boris then decides to play his final trick on Liam. 

Boris shouts from behind “He might have taken some interest in you but don’t expect him to be the generous type. He is a sinner, a murderer or should I say a defeated lover.”

Liam keeps on walking; Boris gets more furious and in anger and with resentment in his voice he utters his last words just to destroy Alex’s blossoming interest in Liam “You know rabbit there is a famous Russian saying we often say.”

Liam stops as he hears Boris screaming those words out from behind.

Boris continues his words as a devilish smirk appears on his face “One does not step into the same river twice. Keep it in mind there are no more chances left for you in his life.”  

Boris disappears from the scene as Liam turns back to look at him. Liam was still standing in that spot and tears started to fall from his eyes.
