Sense he really wanted to keep this under raps as long as necessary, Hedwig landed on his shoulder "hi girl"said Harry. She had a letter in her beck he took it and opened it he read it, "so is it good new or bad news" asked Blaise who was just behind him. Harry jumped "no good new Tony is my new guardian,"Blaise looked at the letter that harry handed him. "I know the muggle address to the leaky cauldron"said Blaise, Harry gave him a piece of paper and a quill Blaise start to wirte on a rock. "Here now you"said Blaise, Harry wrote down about how to get in to the alley and to get Gringotts. His graded and what he was doing in his third year, and ask for a book would help to see what class. He should to take he would change if he had to, Harry put it in a envelope and gave it to Hedwig. 

The next day Tony arrived at the leaky cauldron at ten clock he had ask Hedwig, to stay at the hotel to come later after he was done with the bank. "Happy are you seeing what am seeing?" asked Tony,"no but I do feel a uncomfortable feeling like I need to go somewhere else"said Happy. Tony grabbed Happy by the arm and walk inside the pub it was old and dirty, a short man with a small tuff of hair on the top of his head. Walked over to him "are you here to go to Alley" said Tom "yes am a squib and, I just adopted a wizard so I need to look at his family bank" said Tony's. Tom nodded and walk to the back of the bar opened a door it look like a blank tom, pull out his wand and did the competition to show the alley. "The marble build is the bank it's own by godin so be careful how you talk" said Tom. Tony nodded at him Happy was surprised he had a hard time not looking like a dummy, and Tony was wondering if his mouth will every close. Tony went went inside went to a godin the godin wote down on a piece of paper, Tony stood there waiting until he looked up it took only five minutes. "Yes" said the gobin "am here to see harry potter bank account" said Tony "Do you have a piece of his blood" said the godin. Tony pull out a bottle of blood the godin borne it on a bowl the family tree appeared "follow me"said the godin. Who jumped down and walked to the back of the bank throught one of the doors then in a office where a godin seating down near a desk surrounded by papers. Tony sat down on the other chair Happy stood next to him. 

"I am nutcrack the potters manager first we sent a repit to the potter boy but there is a ward. To stopped the owl post and are too we can stopped, the magical guardian to get the repit do you" asked nutcracker. "Yes" said Tony nutcracker pass him the renting repit this year he looked at them the one things. He saw was the money that gave to the Dursleys and school, "do we know if the Dursleys used the money on harry" said Tony's. "When we saw him on frist year he looked like a porer in clothes two sizes, to big looking like he has never had a penny spend on him" said nutcracker. "Is there anything we can get the money back" asked Tony, nutcracker pass him a letter that shows how much Mr Dursley urged which was two thousand a month. "Take eight hundred a month and put it in Harry blank" said Tony's "it's shell be done I do have bad news, the headmaster dumbledore's is potter magical guardian"said nutcracker. "That means?" asked Tony "It means that potter can not change schools unless his is emancipated, and he seal wills mr potters can not see them until he is of age"said nutcracker. "I take it that only a wizard in the ministry can be potter magical guardian"said Tony, nutcracker nodded "can I have a list of books of subject hogwarts have, and a book on class in the third year to what jobs"said Tony. Nutcracker wirte on a piece of parchment and hand it to him, Tony looking at how much it cost and pull out a wallet. "Can I exchanged muggle money for wizard money"said Tony, nutcracker nodded and took the hundred notes and pull out a pough of wizard money. Tony took it "I have letters sent to me from now on?" he asked "which one fan or family friends?"said nutcracker. "Family friends" said Tony nutcracker did a hand jester and Tony felt a like wind surrounded him. "Nutcracker and us godin will help anyway we can please don't hesitate to ask" said nutcracker. "Thank you nutcracker may your gold flow fruitful" said Tony nutcracker was studded but smiled with all his point teeth showing. Tony walk out of the bank to Flourish and Blotts turn to happy "You wait outside" said Tony handed him a flew Galleon. As Tony walk in the Flourish and Blotts happy looked round and saw Florean Fortescue's Ice-Cream Parlour happy decided to buy a ice creams. It took hour happy was on his second toffee apple ice cream he had a Chocolate Chili in magical status to stop it from melting. Just then Hedwig flew on the table as Tony seat down "you are a clever owl"said Tony he gave her a small package and write a letter to harry then gave her a letter. "When the end of term starts you should fly to the USA before us" said Tony, Hedwig dodge Tony head pating peck him kindly on a finger and flew off. 

Harry was sitting outside next to his favourite tree with Ron, and Hermione eating a bacon sandwich. Then saw Hedwig flew towards him harry put out his left arm and she landed "hi girl"said Harry. Taking the letter and package Hermione, opened the package to find a book call jobs that need applications. Harry opened the letter Dear harry I went to the bank, I have asked for the letter from family friends to be sent you from now on. I don't know why they were blocked after you went to school or so you happy, to know that Mr Dursley will be pay you back and he can't do anything about it. I am afraid thanks to your magical guardian I can't do anything to change much dumbledore is your, and I am angry with him that he didn't do anything. Harry was angry not only money was taken and the Dursley say he was useless and a inconvenience. But he now realises he pay for half of Dudleys gift and he would, of got gift from family friends if dumbledore's had let have allowed it. He couldn't believe dumbledore's harry felt a tug on his cloak he turned to see Hermione, "Am going to get the class application forms do you want to redo our"said Hermione. Harry nodded and ron who was surprisedly reading and nodding and shoo her with hand, Hermione was about to say anything but surprised to see him reading. Harry walk over to Ron "Surprised to see you read" said Harry, Ron grin and handed him the book and harry gave him the letter. "Picked a different class yet?" asked harry "am changing divination, to Arithmancy I like the idea of spells accommodations" said Ron. Harry smiled "I think I take Ancient Runes instead of divination it's sound more useful" he said. Hermione show up with the parchment harry cross out divination, and tick Ancient Runes and Ron did the same but instead tick Arithmancy. Hermione cross out muggle study and Divination but keep the rest, she then asked for them back and went back to professor McGonagall. "I believe the Dursleys took your money, and lie to you all well at least you get it back"said Ron. Harry nodded ron gave back the letter he saw, a ps to release Hedwig so she could fly to the USA she doesn't like the jet much. Harry laugh and smiled "this is going to the best summer" he told them they nodded in agreed. 

The last week flew by and they were on the train harry had already release Hedwig, he was in his school uniform but everyone else was changed. "Mate I know you hate them but it might help show him how bad it's been" said Ron. Luna smiled and nodded harry got up pull out his cases and opened it oliver and Fred and George got up and looked over his muggle clothes. Oliver gave him a brown shirt and a grey jumper, that rip on the arms and a blue jeans that were rip at the knees. "They looked better then the other survives I tell Tony to burn them after you buy new ones" said Oliver. Harry nodded they got to the train station he went through the platform said, goodbye to the weasleys and hugged Hermione goodbye. Then saw a dark hair man try to looked inconspicuous but fail badly everyone was looking at him. Harry walk over Tony looking up and down "right first we do shopping. If I let you go to New York Pepper will have my hide so Harry, can put up with a little bit of shopping before Pepper gets her hands on you" said Tony. Harry laugh yeah this was going to be the best summer yet.
