Well Tapas is winding down. I've only published my works here so this transition is a bit difficult for me. Here's what I am doing.
I've started a patreon. There will be free access to the text of all my stories as individual chapters there. The epub of My Best Friend Eats My Dreams is available for $8.88 usd. There is also a subscription tier for the audio releases of all my stories. Right now, the focus on audio is with MBFEMD.
The patreon is a work in progress. I've never used one before. It is essentially a stepping stone to hosting my own website which I have no idea how to do and currently don't have the time to do. Living on my own and working full time is my main job so unless I take a few courses or get hand-held through the process, I'm not sure when that will happen.
As for non-mbfemd stories, Convergence is ongoing and will be on patreon too. There's a major change I want to make to it. For The 8th Wonder, the re-write is in-progress and is the next writing project I am focusing on. When I am publishing the text for that, I will also be recording audio for it.
For this story, it's particularily unfortunate. I had just commissioned a cover for the rewrite of The 8th Wonder. Now it won't get a chance to shine on a platform like Tapas.
For everyone on Tapas, thanks for finding and reading my stories. I don't do social media or self-marketing well, so I've purely relied on randomly popping up in rankings, and serendipitous discovery. To me, that means everyone who's stuck around to read genuinely enjoys the stories rather than my personality or presence and that means the world to me. It's why I will continue to retain a free tier for the text of stories. This isn't a job for me nor a source of passive income, but a hobby I've had since I was a kid.
