Dear Readers,

To those who can be traced back to my start on Tapas, and supported my dream of becoming an author all the way back during the era of SSBLFF.

I had debated copying the letter[s] I had written to the readers of my Premium story [The Wrong Twin] after the news broke about Tapas shutting down. Yet the truth is, you deserve your own letter. (Although I may copy it to post on Short Story Saturdays, Lolita Bride, and Blooming Life, since there are a few subscribers there who haven’t read this story.)

I would have written this sooner, but I found this one even harder to write.

SSBLFF was my start on Tapas, and nothing can take that away. Yet I’ve let it slip to the wayside as I’ve focused on The Wrong Twin—telling myself that I’ll return to SSBLFF some day, and I just need to find the chance to set more time aside to write more. There is genuine guilt within me that the day I was hoping for hadn’t come in time for this sad news from Tapas.

I’m making plans for migrating ALL my stories, and I have a few options I’m looking at for the new home of my Dearly Treasured Eccentrics. There may be some changes that come along with it, as my biggest plan with this story [in that ‘one day’ scenario I had been hoping for] was to go through it and freshen up the old chapters and flesh out some of the rough writing that came from my less experienced younger self.

The re-editing process is likely going to be a long one, however. Especially since I will be doing this with essentially all my stories. As such, I’m still looking at what my actual timeline for the migration/revamped versions of my stories will be looking like.

Since I’m still unsure, I’ve been guiding my readers towards the old Discord [linked below] and have been trying to keep people as updated as I can with all the various changes happening all at once.

It’s also where you can get updates on the latest creative endeavor that has been in the works behind the scenes for most of the year, and was slotted to be announced on my birthday [October 1st]. (Had tried to hold to that planned announcement date even with the Tapas news, but hit a snag, and the official launch was delayed. However, it was still announced in the Discord server, and has a few sneak peeks.)

You can also find me on most social media platforms @RRose124 but those updates are still a bit slow as I get the hang of juggling everything once more.

There isn’t much more for me to say—other than a reminder to stay true to yourself, and you will always be a part of the Eccentrics’ Found Family!

Thank You for always being here with me. Each one of you helped me conquer my fear and step into the spotlight.

This may end up being the final bow on the stage that was Tapas, but the encore will happen one day. (After all, you still need to “See Soulmates Becoming a Lovely Future Family”!)
