I think they're enjoying themselves a little too much ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
I need your attention on a serious matter. A number of people have asked me if they can make merchandise of my characters/story (keychains, stickers, plushies etc.) through stores, conventions, etc. So I'm just gonna go a PA here.
The short answer is NO. I generally don't like third parties handling my work. And even if you want to share profit with me, it's not that simple. AMOLAD is my intellectual property, meaning it's copyrighted, and if you are using my characters in merch, you need to make legal contracts with me to make sure both parties do not abuse the agreement in any way. I've let a few people do this in the past, mainly because I was still weighing my response. Even so, I strictly allow them only if they produce a VERY limited amount (like, under 5 or sth) and not for a commercial purpose.
All that legal jazz is too tiresome for me, so I'll just say NO. AMOLAD is my intellectual property, you should just enjoy it, not benefit from it financially. If I produce merch I will let everyone know. Thank you for understanding and have an nice day.
